Clueless Wonder Orly Taitz Appeals Again Surprise Surprise

The fact that Orly Taitz has immediately appealed Judge Malihi’s ruling in the Georgia elections challenge is about as much of a surprise as it is that the sun comes up every day. It is also no surprise that she will never accept the fact that the reason she loses everything she files is not because the system is “corrupt” as she chronically complains, but because of her own stupidity and complete legal incompetence.

5th Accuse everyone of being a criminal
6th Lose anyway

This is the pattern that has been unbroken since Orly Taitz made her birfer début 3 years ago. And true to form, she has sent an “Emergency Appeal” to Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp to set aside the recommendation issued by Judge Malihi in Farrar v Obama. She begins (as usual) shouting (all in upper case) that the Judge is not just WRONG for not deciding in her favor, but “criminally wrong”.

“PETITION TO SET ASIDE RECOMMENDATION ISSUED BY JUDGE MALIHI IN FARRAR V OBAMA OSAH-SECSTATE-CE-1215136-60- MALHI, AS RECOMMENDATION WAS MADE IN ERROR, WITH GROSS ABUSE OF JUDICIAL DISCRETION AND IN FLAGRANT VIOLATION OF ALL LAW, PRECEDENTS AND FACTS OF THE CASE; AND FIND CANDIDATE BARACK OBAMA INELIGIBLE TO APPEAR ON THE STATE OF GA BALLOT AS A CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES”

Again a clear case of “SOOP”, and of course her screeching is not just directed at the Judge in this case. She fires off in all directions.

“Not only Obama did not show up at the proceedings and did not provide any certified copies of his vital records, also, Director of Health of the state of Hawaii, Loretta Fuddy did not show up at the proceedings and did not provide any records. Orly Taitz, Counsel for Plaintiffs, flew to Hawaii 5 times at her own dime and served the director of Health with Federal and state subpoenas. Director of Health refused to cooperate, refused to appear and refused to provide access to any vital records for Obama, even though he posted an alleged copy of his birth certificate on line and privacy considerations no longer applied. Based on the above facts, it is clear that the Director of Health of Hawaii and the Registrar are being complicit in either releasing a forgery or guilty of criminal cover up, whereby they are aware, that Obama's alleged copy of his birth certificate is a forgery, they have an affirmative duty to speak up and they did not do so.”

She truly sounds very much like a 5 year old throwing a temper tantrum. “Waaaaahhhh they’re all ignoring meeeeee”.

“This behavior of judge Malihi was so outrageous, that not only his advisory opinion needs to be set aside, as not grounded in any fact or law, but state and county grand juries and the Attorney General of Georgia need to launch a criminal investigation into actions of judge Malihi and possible direct or indirect undue influence by Obama. Decision by Malihi reads, as if it was entirely written by Obama's personal attorneys Robert Bauer and Judith Corley of Perkins Coie and rubber stamped by Malihi. It is noteworthy, that both Robert Bauer and Judith Corley need to be criminally investigated as well, as both of them were complicit in aiding and abetting Obama in presenting to the public on April 27, 2011 a computer generated forgery and claiming it to be a true and correct copy of Obama's birth certificate. Such assumption by Malihi, that Obama was born in the U.S., without any documentary evidence to that extent from Obama, goes beyond an abuse of judicial disretion, it represents judicial misconduct.”

“SOOP” Orly is always right, and everyone that does not agree with that is a criminal. She goes on in her “appeal” to re-plead her entire losing (full of shit) argument to the SOS and finally comes to her “Conclusions”.

“Advisory opinion by judge Malihi is erroneous and represents a gross abuse of judicial discretion. Advisory opinion by judge Malihi was made in complete contradiction of all the facts of the case, state law, U.S. Constitution and known precedents and decisions by judge Malihi himself. It appears that the advisory opinion by judge Malihi was made as a result of some undue pressure from the defendant Obama, who as a sitting President has vast abilities to apply undue pressure on judges."

According to Orly EVERY Judge that she comes in contact with has been “pressured” by Obama. (Eyes Roll!)

"Advisory opinion by judge Malihi needs to be set aside. Obama should be prevented from appearing on the ballot, as he did not present any evidence to prove that he is a natural born citizen. No original identification and birth records were provided by defendant Obama, no certified copies were provided. No defense was provided whatsoever. Obama was in contempt of court. Obama should be excluded from the ballot in the state of GA."

I think the fact that she can’t even win against an empty chair completely unopposed is really biting her ass.

"Case file with exhibits and court transcripts need to be forwarded to the County, State and Federal grand juries for criminal prosecution of Obama and any and all accomplices of Obama for elections fraud, uttering of forged and altered documents, obstruction of justice, wire fraud, Social Security fraud and conspiracy to commit aforementioned felonious acts. Criminal investigation of any undue influence on judge Malihi need to be launched by the investigative unit of the office of the Secretary of State and all of the above grand juries, as well as Attorney General of GA. Additionally, criminal investigation of actions of Director of Health of Hawaii Loretta Fuddy, Registrar Alvin Onaka, Deputy Attorney General Jill Nagamine, Commissioner of Social Security Michael Astrue and others involved in this matter, should be launched by the aforementioned grand juries and Attorney General of GA.”

Orly not only wants the Georgia SOS to start criminal investigations of the POTUS, she wants him to go after officials in the state of Hawaii as well as the Social Security Administration. This idiot has no fucking clue what so ever!

Anyone want to bet on the outcome of this clueless wonder’s latest appeal?

Another Birther Fail Imagine That!

Like I’ve said before, betting on birther cases is like betting on a horse race that has already been run. After a week of birthers whooping it up about their great victory in Georgia, and claims that “This one’s in the bag” before the Judge even ruled on the case, that bag just got pulled right down over their heads.

For 3 years Orly Taitz has been screeching and crying that she couldn’t get a single Judge to “rule on the merits” or even hear the merits of her case. And yes, it’s always been HER case. Oh she’s had various “plaintiffs” over the last 3 years, those stupid enough to believe that Orly was actually representing “them” in these absurd lawsuits, and she’ll no doubt find more in her futile attempt to keep her “birfer movement” alive. But the truth is that they have never been or never will be anything to her that even resembles an actual “client”. They’re nothing more to her than completely disposable individuals to be used and discarded as necessary to further her agenda.

She’s a real “use ‘um and lose ‘um" kind of being, (I hesitate to use the word person). One who not only uses people, but she has no qualms what so ever about seducing the gullible with her claims of history making “victory any day now” while trashing people’s entire lives in the process like she did Terry Lakin. No skin off her nose! Still, it’s really kind of hard to pity anyone stupid enough to buy into her tripe.

Well her big day finally came and her “case” was actually heard on its merits. Something she has been squirming for like a bitch in heat for 3 years. Completely unopposed she was finally able to sputter and spew all her “evidence” into the record. I’m actually glad she finally got that chance, because not only can she never say again that her case “has never been heard on the merits”, or that “no Judge has ever ruled that Obama is in fact a Natural Born Citizen”, but because it’s also finally been thrown out on the merits. Or should I say thrown out on the lack of anything resembling a merit?

Yesterdays ruling from Judge Malihi can be read in its entirety “Here” at Jack's, but just for fun let’s have a look at what he said.

“As required by Georgia Law, Secretary of State Brian Kemp referred Plaintiffs' challenges to this Court for a hearing. O.C.G.A. § 21-2-5(b). A hearing was held on January 26, 2012. The record closed on February 1, 2012. Plaintiffs Farrar, Lax, Judy, Malaren, and Roth and their counsel Orly Taitz, Plaintiffs Carl Swensson and Kevin Richard Powell and their counsel J. Mark Hatfield, and Plaintiff David P. Welden and his counsel Van R. Trion, all appeared and answered the call of the case. However, neither Defendant nor his counsel, Michael Jablonski, appeared or answered. Ordinarily, the Court would enter a default order against a party that fails to participate in any stage of a Defendant's failure to appear, Plaintiffs asked this Court to decide the case on the merits of their arguments and evidence. The Court granted Plaintiffs' request.”

And in regard to the "evidence and merits" the Judge ruled:

“The Court finds the testimony of the witnesses, as well as the exhibits tendered, to be of little, if any, probative value, and thus wholly insufficient to support Plaintiffs' allegations Mrs. Taitz attempted to solicit expert testimony from several of the witnesses without qualifying or tendering the witnesses as experts.”

“None of the testifying witnesses provided persuasive testimony. Moreover, the Court finds that none of the written submissions tendered by Plaintiffs have probative value. Given the unsatisfactory evidence presented by the Plaintiffs, the Court concludes that Plaintiffs' claims are not persuasive.”

Or in other words, the entire case is completely full of shit.

“Plaintiffs allege that President Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States and, therefore, is not eligible to run in Georgia's presidential primary election.”

And his reply to that allegation?

"Relying on the language of the Constitution and the historical reviews and analysis of Minor and Wong Kim Ark, the Indiana Court concluded that persons born within the borders of the United States are “natural born citizens” for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents. Just as a person “born within the British dominions [was] a natural-born British subject” at the time of the framing of the U.S. Constitution, so too were those “born in allegiance of the United States [] natural-born citizens.”
916 N.E.2d at 688. The Indiana Court determined that a person qualifies as a natural born citizen if he was born in the United States because he became a United States citizen at birth.
For the purposes of this analysis, this Court considered that President Barack Obama was born in the United States. Therefore, as discussed in Arkeny, he became a citizen at birth and is a natural born citizen. Accordingly,
CONCLUSION
President Barack Obama is eligible as a candidate for the presidential primary election under O.C.G.A. § 21-2-5(b)."

So there you have it! The case has been heard “on the merits”, thrown out as merit-less and the Judge has ruled that President Barack Obama is a Natural Born Citizen, regardless of the citizenship of his father according to the facts and the law, period. Everything else that Orly have been pulling out of her ass for the last 3 years has been disregarded and the baseless garbage it is.

What will birfers learn from this ruling? Not a damn thing. “Stupid is as stupid does” and this will hardly stop them from wasting court time and resources across the country failing over and over to stop “the scary black man” from being reelected.

Orly Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest

When I was a teenager (in the 70’s) I took a summer camping trip once to the Florida Keys with a group of friends. As we set up camp on a beautiful little stretch of beach somewhere on the Atlantic side I remember just standing and looking out at the breathtaking view before me. When suddenly I heard a voice behind me, “So like, where y’all from?” I turned around and there stood a guy who called himself Moses. He was standing there completely naked, except for a “lucky seed” necklace and he was toking away on a big ole Cheech and Chong sized joint. I was speechless.

Moses introduced himself and said he lived in a tree house behind the lagoon. Among other things he claimed he had come to this country on a big ship with Ponce de Leon. Now that happened nearly 40 years ago and in all this time I don’t think I’ve ever come across anyone or anything as completely crazy as I thought Moses was. My encounter with Moses now ranks 2nd on my craziest shit I’ve ever seen list.

Even before listening to Orly Taitz’s “presentation” at the Georgia eligibility hearing, which at times was hard to follow even sitting right there in the courtroom, I thought she easily ranked 2nd place on my list. But now that I’ve read the “Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law” brief she submitted yesterday, she has moved into 1st. I certainly hope that when Judge Malihi reads this he is not drinking coffee because there is no doubt it will shoot right out of his nose.

I do believe that Orly must think that she has died and come back as Archibald Cox… (only on acid). For nearly 3 years she has run across this country from court to court, state to state trying desperately to get a Judge, any Judge to give her the chance to “present her case on the merits”. Of course she has never found one that would give her tripe the time of day, until now.

In reality, (a place I doubt Orly Taitz has ever been) there was only one question before the court in this case. That question is whether or not Obama is eligible to be on the presidential ballot for 2012. Before the hearing on December 20th 2011 the Judge “Ordered”  the following:

“All parties must be prepared to submit Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law by 5:00 PM, February 5, 2012. The parties are encouraged to limit their proposed order to twenty-five (25) or fewer pages, and only include pertinent facts and law. All citations will be reviewed carefully. Therefore, it would be injudicious to embellish the testimony of witnesses or points of law.”

(The date of Feb 5th was moved up to Feb 1st after the hearing.)

If I ever had any, I have no doubts now that Obama’s attorney blowing off the entire hearing and refusing to even participate in the birfer circus was the best move he could have made. And after reading what Orly filed as her “Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law” I imagine that the poor boy is still laughing his ass off.

Orly’s filing can be read in its entirety “Here”  at Jack Ryan’s Scribd. But to highlight the certifiable insanity of it all here are a few choice bits, not including the fact that she misspelled her own name at the very beginning.

“Plaintiffs seek their attorneys’ fees and costs. Plaintiffs also assert that evidence of criminality as well as contempt of court and rule of law exhibited by the defendant, Obama, is so egregious that it warrants forwarding of the evidence and findings of this court to the Attorney General of Georgia for criminal prosecution of Obama for elections fraud, uttering of forged and altered documents, Obstruction of Justice and Social Security fraud. Additionally, the evidence submitted to this court warrants forwarding to the immigration and deportation services of the Department of Homeland Security for criminal prosecution; as well as to the U.S. Congress for impeachment for High Crimes and Misdemeanors committed by Defendant, Obama. Furthermore, Defendant and his attorney should be held in contempt of court and properly sanctioned for failure to comply with the subpoena duly issued and served on the defendant by the Plaintiffs counsel, Orly Taitz.”

She started off on a real roll there! In regard to the citizenship of Obama’s father she explains.

“At the time of Obama's birth, his father, who came from Mombasa, Zanzibar region of Kenya, was a British "protected person". Obama automatically inherited his father's British citizenship upon the British Nationality act of 1948. Upon the declaration of the Independence of Kenya on December 11, 1963, Barack Obama automatically received his Kenyan citizenship on December 12, 1963. As Obama was around five years old his mother remarried one Lolo Soetoro, Indonesian national. According to Obama's memoirs (Dreams from my Father) and official biography, it is common knowledge that the family immigrated to Indonesia around 1967. Obama's school records from Indonesia (P trial exhibit 7) show him using last name Soetoro and nationality Indonesian. So, from birth until today, Obama had citizenship of three other countries, he is a son of a foreign national and a step son of another foreign national, therefore not eligible to be considered a natural born U.S. citizen according to the precedent of Minor v Happersett.”

She rolls on from there with all the “evidence” she’s ever discovered in the last 3 years that she claims proves Obama is not eligible to be POTUS along with laying out the testimonies of all her “expert wittiness”. Every bit of which is still nothing but hearsay, speculation, Internet rumors, and down right delusions. This bit is priceless.

“Defendant did not produce any evidence, any documents verifying his birth. The only thing he is relying on, is that on April 27, 2011 he posted a computer image on line and claimed that this computer image is a true and correct copy of his birth certificate, issued in 1961. He posted this image on mugs and T-shirts and sells them for $25 apiece, claiming it to be a verification of his eligibility. It is possible, that an image on a mug constitutes a prima facia evidence in Mombasa, Kenya, maybe an image on a T-shirt represents a competent, admissible evidence in Jakarta, Indonesia, however in the United States of America, where we hopefully retained a rule of law, an image on mugs and T-shirts represents neither prima facia evidence, nor competent, admissible evidence. The only thing it represents, is complete disrespect of law and of 311 million American citizens.”

Right. Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t Orly submit on several occasions a picture of a tee shirt with a bunch of letters on it as evidence that Obama’s BC was a forgery?

"Defendant did not present any evidence to refute above testimony and to refute evidence showing him using different last names: Soetoro and Soebarkah and him having Indonesian citizenship. As an Indonesian citizen he does not qualify to run for the U.S. Presidency. There is no evidence to show Obama legally changing his name from Soetoro or Soebarkah to Obama. If Obama is not his legal name, he cannot be on the ballot in the state of GA under the name Obama.”

He didn’t present any evidence to refute anything because he had better sense that to even show up at this farce. I wonder how she expects Obama to present “evidence” that he changed his name back to Obama if there is no actual proof that he changed if from Obama in the first place. As for her interpretation of his not showing up?

“DEFENDANT’S BEHAVIOR SHOWS GUILTY MIND
Defendant's behavior shows guilty mind. Defendant had an opportunity to appear in court and provide certified copies of his vital records. He chose not to show up and not to produce any records. An inference can be made, that he does not possess any valid records, which would explain his behavior. This particularly significant, as this is the first time the issue of Obama's eligibility is being heard on the merits. Until now all of the eligibility challenges were dismissed on procedural grounds, such as lack of standing to challenge a sitting president, lack of jurisdiction or abstention. This is the first challenge, where electors have standing to challenge Obama and can have their challenge heard on the merits. It is reasonable to believe, that if Obama were to possess any valid identification papers, he would have produced them and would have stopped all further challenges on res judicata or collateral estoppel. Obama's contempt of court, refusal to show up in court for trial and lack of any valid identification papers represents circumstantial evidence of guilty mind and inability to respond on the merits and prove his Constitutional and statutory eligibility.”

I guess under Orlylaw the word “inference” constitutes rock solid proof, and the words “circumstantial evidence” means got ‘um by the balls proof. Certainly proof that he has a “guilty mind” is all the proof that’s needed. Well, that AND the OMFG crème de la crème evidence of her entire argument. (Warning, go pee before you read this and make sure there is nothing in your mouth that can spew on your computer monitor or keyboard.)

“Exhibits entered into evidence Case records, p186 show a picture of Obama with his friend Scott Inoue signed Third Grade Honolulu, Hawaii, 1969 (Jerome Corsi Where's the birth Certificate, 2011 edition p 218). This picture contradicts Obama's accounts in his Memoirs and official biography place him in Indonesia from 1967. School records from Assisi school in Jakarta show him attending school there under the name Barry Soetoro from January 1967. On the other hand, his picture from Noelani elementary school in Honolulu Hawaii shows him attending school there in 1968, 1969 under the name Barry Obama. It appears that for a period of two years there were two distinct separate individuals: Barry Obama, who attended Noelani elementary school in Hawaii and Barry Soetoro, who attended Assisi school in Indonesia. It is not clear, how these two individuals merge into one person. It is not clear, who came back from Indonesia: Barry Obama or Barry Soetoro. We have no idea, who is residing in the White House: is it Barry Obama or Barry Soetoro? If it is Barry Soetoro, what happened to Barry Obama?”

That’s right folks, Orly is claiming that for a period of two years Obama somehow split himself into “two distinct separate individuals” not that she explains how this could possibly have occurred, but she admits that she doesn’t know how or if they were ever merged back into one person. I’m telling you, this woman is certifiable!

I have no idea what the Judge will make of this laughable excuse for a court filing. At least the other two lawyers had the good sense to stay out of the twilight zone when they submitted their briefs and stuck to their single claim that a person is required to have 2 citizen parents to qualify as a Natural Born Citizen. Not that that can hold any water either, but I can certainly see why they wanted nothing to do with the Carnival Barking side show that Taitz put on. Weldon v Obama FF&CL can be read “Here”  and Swensson/Powell v Obama can be read “Here” .

So now the ball that Judge Malihi asked for is in his court, and Taitz has finally gotten the chance to present her case on what she claims as “the merits”. I just hope he doesn’t fall off his chair when he reads it. My guess is that he will be as speechless as I was when I came face to face with Moses all those years ago on the beach in Florida. One thing is certain; his reply will be very interesting.

Boots On The Ground In Georgia

On Wednesday Jan 26th my husband and I took a road trip to Atlanta to watch the Georgia birther carnival side show in person. I turned out to be a trip IMO well worth taking. We met up with other Fogbow Obots for dinner on Wednesday night and then met up again to attend the hearing together on Thursday morning.

My first impression was the extent of security they had in place. It made me think that they had no clue what may happen but intended to be ready for anything. We had to go through security screening and a metal detector to enter the outer room of the courtroom. We were asked the purpose of our presence there and we told them we were there as observers. Once inside and seated I realized that I should have made a pit stop before coming in, so I left my bag inside and went to find the bathroom. It was of course outside the screening area. (Figures.)

There were about 6 cops at the screening area, and probably 6 more good-sized men in suits standing around in the room behind them looking very official standing tall and alert with their hands folded in front of them. I was directed back through the scanner and down the hall. As I went out there were two cops posted every 6 feet along the hall all the way to the bathroom, which was back by the elevators where we’d come in. Each one pointing me on as I passed each corner to the destination they correctly assumed I was headed for. When I got there I commented to one of the officers that that was the first time I had ever had a police escort to the bathroom, and he chuckled. When I’d made my way back to the screening room the officer that had given me directions saw me and waved me around those still waiting to be screened.

The courtroom was buzzing with chatter as most people seemed to be trying to identify all the other people there, as well as lots of handshaking. There was a big man with a white beard walking around the front of the room and the reporter sitting on the isle side of our row asking if anyone knew who he was. We all shrugged. Well, all but our shy Obot Rikker who lifted a finger and smiled. He then stood up and walked down front and asked the man whom he was. The man in question was David Weldon, plaintiff in the first case.

One significant absence in the courtroom was Obama’s attorney Mr. Jablonski. He had asked the SOS to withdraw the case the day before basically claiming that the Judge had already let this thing get blown out of proportion. After Judge Malihi (for unknown reasons other than wild ass speculation) denied Obama’s defense attorney’s motion to dismiss the case, and denied his motion to quash Orly’s subpoena Orly started screeching I WON I WON before the case ever began. In Jablonski’s letter (that can be read in its entirety “Here” at Jack Ryan’s Scribd) he concluded with:

“We await your taking the requested action, and as we do so, we will, of course, suspend further participation in these proceedings, including the hearing scheduled for January 26.”

Unfortunately the SOS declined to withdraw the complaint (which can also be read in its entirety at Jack’s “Here” ) and he wrote:

“In following the procedures set forth in the Georgia Election Code, I expect the administrative law judge to report his findings to me after his full consideration of the evidence and law. Upon receipt of the report, I will fully and fairly review the entire record and initial decision of the administrative law judge. Anything you and your client place in the record in response to the challenge will be beneficial to my review of the initial decision; however, if you and your client choose to suspend your participation in the OSAH proceedings, please understand that you do so at your own peril.”

When Orly made her grand entrance she swooped down the isle and seated herself, fiddling around with something I couldn’t see. She started scanning the room to see who was there, and possibly who wasn’t. Then she stood up and actually started re-arranging people asking one woman to move somewhere else. I think she may have been looking for Jablonski, hoping that he would not show up after all because then she would have the entire show to her self without objecting from the other side. Which is exactly what happened to her utter delight.

Before the hearing began the Judge’s assistant came out into the courtroom and called all the attorneys to the Judges chambers. They were in there for about 20-30 minutes before returning to the courtroom. Orly looked very happy when she came back in and immediately when to her side of the room and had a huddle with her little group.

The first case began and Mr. Weldon took the stand. Of note here is that the first exhibit entered in the first case by Mr. Weldon as Obama’s birth certificate that he claimed he had downloaded from the White House website. The purpose for submitting this was to prove that Obama’s father was not a U.S. citizen at the time of his birth. Not that that had ever actually been questioned. But it was also evidence that Obama had in fact been born in Hawaii. They also submitted a copy of Obama’s book “Dreams of my Father” that they claimed also proved that Obama acknowledged that his father was born in Kenya.

The entire case presented by Mr. Weldon’s attorney Van Irion was based on the claim that Obama could not possibly be a natural born citizen because his father was not a citizen. They claimed that in order to be a NBC a person would be required to have 2 citizen parents, which of course is not true, but never did they dispute the fact that Obama had been born in Hawaii.

The second case was pretty much the same as the first. The plaintiffs in the second case were Carl Swenson and Kevin Powell, both represented by attorney J. Mark Hatfield. They presented their interpretations of why they believed that because Obama’s father was not a citizen that Obama was merely a “Native” citizen and not a Natural Born Citizen and therefore could not qualify to be on the ballot for POTUS. But just like in the first case they never disputed the fact that Obama was born in Hawaii.

Then it was Tin-Foil-Taitz’s turn. An interesting event that took place as soon as Orly got up was that all three plaintiffs and their two attorneys from the first two cases got up and all left the courtroom. It was very much as if they had said all they had come to say and wanted no part of the circus they knew Orly was about to present.

As Orly began introducing herself and her client the judge stopped her and said that he would only give her 2 hours to present her case. In one of the documents Orly filed prior to the hearing she had claimed that she would need 10 hours, so I guess the Judge was not willing to let her rant for nearly that long. I think this is what threw her off because after that she seemed to be hurrying along cutting corners and making less and less sense as she went. In the first two cases both lawyers questioned their clients about the issues they were seeking to address. When Orly’s client took the stand she asked him one question. “Are you a registered voter?” He answered, “yes I am” and she excused him from the bench.

This proves another point about this mad quest of Orly’s. She has no interest in actually “representing” the interests of any client; to her a client is nothing but a necessity that is required for her to be able to push her case against Obama. The only thing she was interested in was having the chance to “prosecute” Obama on all the charges she believes him guilty of. She even stated before the trial that she would finally be “bringing Obamafraudgate to trial”. As well as the fact that to my knowledge (or memory) she never stated one issue that her “client” was specifically attempting to address, but ranted the entire time on the same ole same ole shit she has been trying to argue all along.

When Orly first got started with her case she actually turned her back on the Judge and apparently intended to play to the audience and the cameras. The Judge cut her off right there and told her to address the court, not the audience. Judge Malihi called Orly out several times during her “show” asking “how is that relevant and saying I don’t think that’s relevant, and I don’t need to see that, just put it in your brief.

Orly brought up her experts who testified about layers on the birth certificate and she did her best to lead them into saying what she wanted they to say. She brought up her investigators who testified to identity and social security fraud, and she even brought up Linda Jordan, the woman who frequently posed as Obama’s employer and ran his SSN through E-verify, who testified under oath that she had done exactly that.

Orly had her usual miles of exhibits on her computer projected on the wall, but since her time had been shortened from 10 hours to 2 she was extremely flustered trying to get back and forth to the ones she wanted. She spent quite a lot of time directing whoever was driving her computer saying, “up, up, up. No, down, go back, there, no go back, no up more.

I still don’t know what she was trying to prove here but she had 2 pictures up and it was difficult to see, but I think they were both supposed to be of young Obama. She said one was Barry Soetoro in Indonesia, and the other Barry Obama in Hawaii as if they were two separate people and said that we didn’t even know which one was which. I guess suggesting that the one we got wasn’t really the real Obama.

When she was jabbering about Obama hiding his true identity the Judge asked her if she was testifying or arguing she put her hand up and said she would like to testify and made her way up front to be sworn in. Everyone laughed. She didn’t last long on the stand before the judge told her to save it for her brief and get on with the closing arguments.

In her closing statement she did ask the Judge to hold Obama and Jablonski in contempt of court for not showing up, and asked him for the letters rogatory. She said that she had tried to get Hawaii and the SSA to produce the original documents but was unsuccessful.

That was pretty much the whole story, other than the fact that as soon as the court cleared she bellied up in front of the cameras to give her all-important interviews.

I guess we’ll now have to wait to see what Orly and the others put in the briefs they are to submit to the Judge by Feb 1st. And how this Judge will respond. I seriously doubt given all the hoopla from birfers that they have already won and Obama will not be on the GA ballot, that this Judge can legitimately do anything other then telling them all to FOAD. There was certainly nothing that Orly presented that had shit to do with anything other than wild ass speculation and hearsay. And the other two cases that focused only on the claim that you need two citizen parents to be a NBC have zero chance of holding water either.

So I guess we’ll find out next week. They are all sailing pretty high right now. I hope it doesn't hurt too badly when they ultimately come crashing down. :)

Sorry for my neglect on updating the January 6th (as predicted) DENIAL of Orly’s Hawaiian court case. I’ve been busting my ass busy lately and sometimes real life has to take precedence over birfing, regardless of how much fun birfing can be. “Reality Check”  posted a link in the comments on the Betting on Birthers post to his radio show after the hearing and it was a great show. Mikedunford who reported on the case discussed all the batshitery that went on during the hearing and if you missed the link, click “Here”  to listen. Thanks for the link RC! According to Mike the January 6th hearing was to address Orly’s "Emergency motion/request for the court to docket "Amended motion for rehearing" which was received by the clerk of court on 11.21.2011 by certified mail, but never docketed and never given to the judge". But as far as Orly was concerned that was old news and she had new stuff of greater importance to attend to. Orly seems to have quite a bit of difficulty keeping track of what she is doing, and in her addled brain all of her “cases” run together, regardless of which court or what state it’s in, or which delusion it has to do with. It’s all the same to her, so it’s going to take some jumping around to try and explain it all.

First jumping back to the Georgia ballot challenge for a moment, in December while poking around in the court system’s website Orly came across a subpoena that could be downloaded by lawyers and it was already pre-stamped with a Judges signature. This subpoena was there as a connivance for “real” lawyers so they wouldn’t have to run to a Judge every time they needed one. Well she downloaded one. She then used this “Georgia Subpoena” to subpoena Loretta Fuddy, Director of Health of the state of Hawaii, commanding her to appear as a witness in her GA case as well as commanding her to produce the “original typewritten 1961 birth certificate for Virginia Sunahara, born 8/4/1961, deceased 8/5/1961” and requiring her to be available for “pre-trial deposition”. Because of course Orly believes this baby that was born and died at the time Obama was born might be the one that Obama’s BC was stolen from, or some such shit.

After Orly issued that GA subpoena to Loretta Fuddy she realized that she would need the Hawaiian court to back her up and force Fuddy to comply, which they won’t, so on December 29th she submitted a “Motion for Reciprocal Subpoena Enforcement and Motion to Hear in Conjunction with Motion for Rehearing” , thinking that since all this shit runs together anyway she might as well kill two birds with one stone. Except for the fact that the court was not interested in running all her shit together and not only denied her Motion for Rehearing, but also denied her request to hear the Motion for Reciprocal Subpoena Enforcement at the hearing telling her that she would have to come back yet again to address the subpoena. Trouble was that the subpoena hearing had already been added to the court schedule through the due process when it was received and the date it landed on was January 26th, the same day as the GA hearing. (Which of course Orly thought was a plot against her)

Well she had a cow over that and almost immediately filed a motion to hurry this along because she needed that subpoena enforced in time for that GA hearing because the whole Georgia thing has now become her primary focus. That motion was granted and the subpoena hearing was rescheduled to January 13th. On January 12th as Orly was taking yet another flight back to Hawaii, defendant’s attorney Deputy Attorney General Jill Nagamine filed her “Opposition to Plaintiff’s Motion for Reciprocal Subpoena Enforcement”  which included the fact that they not only intended to seek sanctions against Orly Taitz but intended to have her declared a “vexatious litigator”. (WooHoo!)

When Orly arrived in Hawaii and discovered this she went off. She posted:

I just arrived in HI and checked my e-mails. Deputy attorney general Nagamine represents a pinnacle of corruption of a governmental official. Not only she refuses to comply with the subpoena, but she claims that my demand for the original birth certificate is frivolous and that the judge should charge me the cost of all the hearings and deem me a vexatious litigant, not allowed to bring any more actions in HI without leave of court.
She completely disregarded the fact, that judge Malihi ordered Obama to stand trial on January 26 and prove his eligibility, that eligibility is the essence of the case and the birth certificate is the most important evidence. The level of corruption in the state of HI is unprecedented in human history.”

Again we see the typical accusations of “unprecedented corruption” that she hurls at everyone that dares to defy her. Not to mention that her claim of Judge Malihi in GA ordering Obama to stand trial is complete bullshit. He didn’t order squat. When she downloaded that pre-stamped subpoena from the GA court’s website she went completely mad with it. It seems that when Judge Malihi denied Obama’s motion for dismissal in the GA ballot challenge, Orly believed that made her a winner that magically placed her into discovery and could subpoena anyone anywhere she wanted. In fact I think the count is up to 22 or 23 subpoenas that she has fraudulently represented as being issued by the Judge.
But more about that later, she went on:

“What Nagamine does is criminal, it is a violation of the civil rights of my clients and my civil rights under a color of authority. She is using a color of authority, her position as the deputy attorney general to cover up forgery, elections fraud, obstruct justice and on top of that she is harassing me and attempting to intimidate me under the color of authority.
This woman belongs in prison for what she is doing to me, to my clients and to the whole country.
She belongs in prison together with Obama and Fuddy and a number of others. This regime will not last forever. These people will be prosecuted. It remains to be seen on which side of history the judge will be: will the judge aid and abet this forgery and obstruct justice or will she uphold the law and the constitution and will fight crime in the White House and in the office of Attorney General of Hawaii.”

21:00 mark Nagamine gives opposition.

With no intention of sitting still for this, when Taitz got back home from Hawaii she posted on her website a letter she claims to have sent to Attorney Nagamine:

Please, be advised, that I will be seeking sanctions against you, if you do not cease and desist your meritless attacks on me and your continuing defamation of my character in that you are seeking for me to pay your costs in defending forgery and elections fraud by your officials and your requests for judge Nishimura to label me a vexatious plaintiff in the state of HI after bringing only 1 legal action in the state of HI, which is not frivolous, but a legitimate action of seeking inspection of an original document in light of an alleged copy, as well as and my service of subpoena for your client to appear at trial and for pretrial depositions. I will be reporting your actions and actions of your clients to the Oversight committee of the House of Representatives of the U.S. Congress, as well as the Inspector General of the Department of Justice for criminal investigation of violation of civil rights under color of authority, harassment of a civil rights attorney, defamation, obstruction of justice and aiding and abetting forgery and elections fraud.”

In other words Orly is threatening Attorney Nagamine with sanctions and criminal charges if she persists in perusing sanctions against her. A kind of “Fuck with me bitch and I’ll make you pay” kind of thing. I seriously doubt Ms Nagamine is the slightest bit intimidated, and I hope she will add this ethics violation to her sanctions request and hopefully report it to the CA Bar. Following that letter Orly then posted on her website a call to all the flying monkeys to “Please, file a criminal complaint and send it certified mail or FEDEX to grand juries. ...” So if the letter doesn’t piss Ms Nagamine off, all the flying monkey calls certainly should.

Jumping back once again to the Georgia case, it seems that Orly has now placed all her eggs in this one basket. Now there is a proper protocol for having an out of state subpoena enforced, but you have to go through the Georgia court to do that, a step Orly neglected to take which is of course why her GA subpoenas are totally worthless. But that pre-signed subpoena she downloaded has sent her spiralling out of control and she has issued out of state copies of it, under the guise of them all actually being ordered by the court to the following people:

In state she has issued one to Special Agent Derrick Jackson of the GA DOHHS to bring records and report on any and all methods of authenticating birth certificates and fraud and forgery detection in birth certificates. I do believe this will be the biggest circus Georgia has ever seen. Not that most of these people will actually comply with her bogus subpoenas, and those that do (at Orly’s expense) will likely not even have the chance to testify.

The actual issue at hand in Georgia is a challenge of Obama’s eligibility to be on the 2012 elections ballot, and all of Orly’s batshittery aside, Obama has met all the requirements. If at the hearing Obama’s lawyer presents a certified copy of Obama’s COLB, a legal and official document that proves Obama was born in Hawaii and is eligible that will be the end of Orly’s entire case. The Judge will accept it and Orly’s head will probably explode.

My predictions:

Orly Taitz will lose this Georgia case on Jan 26th just like she’s lost every single case she’s ever filed against Obama, and she will likely show her ass as usual in the process.
Obama will not show up.
She will hurl accusations of criminal cover-ups and corruption at every official in Georgia, just as she has in every other case.
She will be sanctioned, fined and declared a vexatious litigator in Hawaii.
The California Bar will be notified of sanctions.
Her request for sanctions and criminal charges against Jill Nagamine will be denied.

But it will all be fun to watch, so stay tuned!

Betting On Birthers

Betting on a birther court case is about like betting on a horse race that has already been run. Considering the 100% total loss rate of every case ever filed it’s not hard to see that the predictable loss of any future case they file is pretty much 100% guaranteed. Especially when they continually refile the same ole same ole cut and pasted pile of poo that has been thrown out over and over again. So the only thing you can really bet on is not if they will lose, but how badly they will lose and how much of a fool they will make of themselves in the process.

On December 27th 2011 Orly Taitz posted on her website, “Update on 6 legal actions against Obama”, which will of course add 6 more losses to the pile. The first one she lists is “Taitz v Fuddy”, scheduled for this afternoon January 6th. This will be for her “Emergency Motion for Rehearing” on a case that was she lost 2 months ago. That’s another sure bet when it comes to Orly Taitz, everything is an emergency, and every time she loses a case she will refile it to death as she hurls accusations fraud and corruption at every one in her path.

This case should be especially fun. Orly has her drawers all in a knot over this one because Deputy Attorney General Nagamine of the state of Hawaii has grown tired of her frivolous time wasting and filed an “Opposition to this Emergency Motion” on 12/16/11 outlining her complete legal incompetence. Also making note of all of Orly’s previous failures in every court she’s been in and Orly’s threat that if this court defies her they will be “criminally complicit of various crimes”. Something else Orly does on a regular basis.

But the best part is that Attorney Nagamine has also asked the court to find that all of Orly’s “claims and motions are frivolous and not supported by the facts and the law.” Which of course is true, and I’m going to bet that this request is granted and not only will Orly be tossed out on her ear, but she will be sanctioned and fined for all the court costs she has generated since she began this assault on Hawaii.

It’s not as if Attorney Nagamine didn’t warn Orly that if she continued wasting the courts time with this BS that they would seek sanctions. And the truth is unless they do they will be wasting court time and resources till the cows come home because nothing else is likely to keep Orly Taitz out of Hawaiian courts.

The second case Orly lists in her “update” is her challenge in Georgia to keep Obama off the 2012 election ballot. Another future fail scheduled for January 26th 2012, and this one may be as much fun as the Hawaiian one today. On January 3rd Orly posted on her website:

“THANK YOU GOD!!! I AM READY TO CRY! AFTER 3 YEARS OF BATTLE FOR THE FIRST TIME A JUDGE RULED THAT OBAMA’S MOTION TO DISMISS IS DENIED. I CAN NOW DEPOSE OBAMA AND EVERYONE ELSE ENVOLVED WITHOUT ANY IMPEDIMENT.”

“This is particularly sweet, as it is happening in GA, where judge Clay D. Land maligned me so badly and attacked me with $20,000 of sanctions in order to silence me, to stop me from challenging Obama. Judge Land was sending a message to other attorneys and intimidating them, de facto telling them, “you dare to go after Obama, raise the issue of his forged birth certificate and invalid Social Secrity number, establishment will attack you and sanction you, just like attorney Taitz””

Actually the sanctions were because Orly Taitz is a complete legal incompetent that doesn’t know her ass from a hole in the ground.

And it’s true the Judge did “deny the motion to dismiss” , but not for the reasons Taitz thinks. It seems that Orly is not the only birther making this ballot challenge in GA, and on December 20th 2011 the court issued an “order lumping them all together.” This didn’t sit well with the other birthers who have finally realized that Orly Taitz and that large zibits display that she hauls from court to court with her so-called evidence of SS fraud and BC forgeries is a hopeless cause. Not that the other birthers have a snowballs chance in hell of winning either, but it seems that they do NOT want to be associated with a known batshit crazy chronic loser like Taitz. So on December 30th 2011 they submitted a “Motion for Severance and Separate Hearing.”

The Court’s denial of Obama’s motion to dismiss basically stated that under the Georgia Election Code candidates do have to be qualified for the office that they seek, and even though Obama is already the POTUS, he is also a candidate, and since his eligibility is being challenged lets just have the friggin hearing and get it over with. Of course the birferverse went nutziod over this thinking that they are finally going to be frog marching Obama out of the White House in handcuffs straight to prison for the rest of his life.

Now, Obama’s lawyers will be the ones to have to prove that Obama does indeed meet the eligibility requirements to be on the Georgia ballot, and they will. How? Well, all they have to do is exactly the same thing that any other candidate would have to do and that is to present a copy of his COLB from the state of Hawaii. The court will accept it, dismiss the case and Orly Taitz’s head will probably explode right then and there!

That will of course be followed by Orly hurling accusations of fraud, corruption, and the Judge caving to judicial intimidation by Obot Thugs. Which is her standard reply in all of her cases.

But it may be worth a ride to Georgia to watch. She will already be on the warpath because of her Hawaiian sanctions and will probably make the biggest fool of herself yet.

January 2012 is going to be a real Birthapalooza! I’ll update the outcome of the Hawaiian case after it’s conclusion this afternoon. Fogbow Obots will be there to report the fun!

The Mad Russian Strikes Again

Orly Taitz has been publicly exhibiting her complete legal incompetence now for 3 years, and endlessly wasting court time and resources with her wild conspiracies and fantasies. While not to mention simultaneously having her tripe thrown out, or laughed out of every court she has ever set foot in. She accuses everyone that says anything unfavorable about her or calls her out on her stupidity of slander and defamation of her (so-called) character. And yet she hurls racist insults or slanderous accusations of fraud, treason, and corruption at every member of government, legal authority or media outlet that dares to defy her or ignore what she calls “absolute undeniable proof” that Obama is nothing but a “lying Marxist socialist fraud.” All of which is nothing but hearsay and has no basis in fact what so ever.

Her intense hatred of Obama is just unbelievable, and I do believe it’s made her as crazy as a rabid squirrel locked in a tin shithouse. It was bad enough when on January 15, 2011 she posted on her website in an open letter she claims to have sent to Obama where she stated:

“Just to be perfectly clear sir, I believe that your white half is as corrupt as your black half. The issue is not in race, but in the massive Social Security and elections fraud, that you are perpetrating.”

In a more recent display on November 18th she took her multiple insane allegations against Obama to the NH state elections board in a lame attempt to have him banned from being placed on the ballot for the 2012 Presidential election. And after presenting all of her “absolute undeniable proof” of all the crimes and fraud she claims Obama is committing at about the 52 minute mark in the video of the hearing Orly Taitz says “You have clear and undeniable evidence that the person that filled out this paper lied, he committed fraud”… yada yada and then she goes on to tell the committee that if they do not do take action that they will “become complacent with forgery and elections fraud and social security fraud and treason against this nation”.

So again just as she does in nearly every one of her court cases or hearings she warns everyone that not ruling in her favor is in fact an act of treason. Well there’s nothing new about that. But after being tossed out of NH on her ass and told to “Go away and leave NH alone”, she turned her focus immediately back to Hawaii to resume her quest for access to Obama’s original birth records. In an attempt to follow this bouncing birther ball through the Hawaiian courts, we’ll start with where the court granted the defense’s motion to dismiss her case in Hawaii on 10/12/11. After which she went on her usual roll of appealing the court decision, requesting that the court stay it’s final order and accusing them of corruption, lies and cover-ups.

Then on the same day that her NH elections challenge was thrown out attorneys for the state of Hawaii filed their opposition to all her bullshit and stated that they intended to ask the court to rule her filings frivolous and ask that court to order her to pay all attorney fees and court costs due to all the time they’ve had to waste dealing with all of her crap. Well, I think that blew the roof off her tin shithouse.

Since then she has taken off running like the Mad Russian she is, filing those same elections challenges that there thrown out in NH in state after state while hurling accusations of fraud, lies, cover-ups and treason in every direction. (The woman is in serious need of mental health assistance.) She has lost it to the point that when she showed up for her next court date in Hawaii on November 30th she had no clue what the hell she was doing and made a complete fool of herself.

She was attempting to argue her last amended complaint to the original motion to reconsider, which had not yet been docketed, and the hearing was for the original motion. This meant that she could only argue what was in the original motion and NOT the amended motion. The entire even was videoed by her birther cameraman and supporter Jeff LaFrance. The videos are painful to even watch as Orly stammers and fumbles with papers while the Judge attempts to extract from her what exactly it is she wants to do and under what rules. As well as trying to explain to Orly that she cannot plead her amended complaint that has not yet been filed. I cannot fathom how it is that Orly Taitz can be this utterly incompetent and still not have been disbarred. The judge literally had to talk to her like a kindergarten teacher speaking to an autistic child!

Orly Taitz Three Time Loser In One Day

After Tin Foil Taitz had her case dismissed in Hawaii just 2 weeks ago, yesterday Judge Lamberth finally “Denied” her Motion to Reconsider in Taitz v Astrue. This little snip was priceless.

"1 The Court is loath to dignify plaintiff’s allegations of fraud with a response on the merits. However, suffice it to say that plaintiff’s argument is premised on the incorrect assumption that Social Security numbers assigned prior to 1973 have any correlation to the recipient’s residence, see Employer Filing Instructions and Information, http://www.socialsecurity.gov/employer/stateweb.htm (“Prior to 1973, social security numbers were assigned by our field offices. The [first three] number[s] merely established that his/her card was issued by one of our offices in that State.”). Plaintiff’s entire premise is totally defeated by a cursory examination of this site, which demonstrates that plaintiff’s allegations lack any basis in fact.
2 Furthermore, the Court notes that individuals may only use the E-Verify Self Check service to check their own employment eligibility, and that to do so an individual must answer a series of private questions before gaining access to the system. Of course considering the thickness of the birther cranium as well as the probability that it is also lined with lead this will never ever sink in. While Judge Lamberth was at it, he also threw out Taitz’s “FOIA case against Kathy Ruemmler” , White House Counsel and in his “Order Granting Motion to Dismiss” he stated:

Regardless of what she pulls out of her ass attempting to keep this insanity afloat this tripe will also be thrown out.

The issue is, other than her entertainment value, she does nothing but waste time and resources clogging up the courts and wasting taxpayer money with all this garbage. All the while spamming and “Carnival Barking” her way to every news agency she can find an email address for desperately trying to find someone to notice her and write a story about her and how famous she has become and how she will have “imminent victory any day now”. Well, at least as famous as she believes herself to be that is. Then she turns around and calls them all “corrupt” and accuses them all of “fraud and aiding and abetting” when they all tell her to piss off. Just as she says about every Judge she’s ever been in front of that didn’t rule in her favor. (Which would be all of them) In her world anyone that does not agree with her and accept her word as gospel is a criminal and should be punished.

I’m sometimes torn between what the true motivation is for her, actually being the one who ultimately removes a sitting POTUS, which will never happen. Or if it’s just to get as much attention, publicity and imaginary fame as she can muster. I’m starting to believe that the attention is more important to her than Obama. No one can truly be so stupid and just keep doing the same thing over and over and over and failing miserably every single time and still think that sooner or later she will win.

In addition to starting up another round of her birther Carnival Barking and useless lawsuits, this time aimed at Hillary Clinton, she’s also launching her campaign to run against Diane Feinstein for U.S. Senate. I wonder what idiocy she will come up with to hurl at Senator Feinstein. When she tried (and failed) to be elected as California’s Secretary of State she accused her opponent for the republican nomination of fraud and sued him too. There are no limits or no lows to which this woman will NOT stoop to get her name in print and her face on YouTube.

BTW, I wonder how she will get her flying monkeys to fund her Senate campaign. She tried with her SOS campaign and ended up having to clean out her retirement fund to pay for it herself. A Senate campaign will certainly be more costly than the SOS was; I guess she’ll have to sell her house to pay for this one, but alas, she’ll still lose. Well, at least it a way to get attention, even if it will be short lived.

Today the birfer queen is in Hawaii for the hearing of Taitz v Fuddy, and the flying monkeys are shitting themselves over what they consider her next emanate victory. (I hope they have lots of TP on hand) The original “Complaint”  was filed by Taitz on August 10th in her never ending quest to force the state of Hawaii to release Obama’s original long form birth certificate.

“17. On May 2, 2011 Taitz was scheduled to appear in oral argument in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, in Barnett, Keyes et al v Obama 10-55084, seeking access and inspection of Mr. Obama's original 1961 long form birth certificate, kept on file in care of the defendants.
18. On April 27, 2011 only a few days before the scheduled oral argument in the Ninth Circuit court of Appeals, Mr. Obama held a public press conference, where he disclosed, what he claimed to be the certified copy of the original Birth Certificate. At the same press conference Mr. Obama attacked individuals, seeking verification of his records, calling them "side show, carnival barkers" and stating, that we have more important things to do. This appearance was certain to influence the three judge panel of Hon. Berzon, Hon. Pregerson and Hon. Fisher of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, getting ready to hear the oral argument in Barnett, Keyes v Obama and was calculated to send the message, that the original long form birth certificate was disclosed to the public and the whole issue is moot. This cheap performance by Mr. Obama was also calculated to create a mass hysteria of further persecutions and harassment of the Plaintiff and her clients.”

Of course, she’s on to him! It was just a cheap performance to harass her and her plaintiffs and derail her court case Barnett, Keys v Obama.

Well, “Carnival Barker” would be a pretty accurate description of Taitz if you ask me. At that point in time is when she went on the Internet soliciting for anyone dumb enough to come forward and claim to be a document expert and swear to the fact that the LFBC was a forgery so she could have a reason to continue her quest. Her complaint concludes:

"Wherefore Plaintiff respectfully seeks a Writ of Mandamus, advising the defendants, that:
1 Person of interest, whose long form birth certificate is sought has waived any claims of privacy by making a public disclosure of the document in question during his press conference on April 27, 2011.
2. After April 27, 2011 §338-18 no longer applies to the long form birth certificate sought and Defendants erred in refusing to allow inspection based on above statute.
3. Defendants are obligated to allow Plaintiff inspection of the long form birth certificate sought under Unified Information Practices Act chapter 92f of Hawaii Revised statutes.
4 Defendants are liable to the plaintiff for all costs and fees associated with this action."

She also wants the defendants to pay all her fees and costs cuz she spent a lot of money hauling her “experts” to Hawaii to examine the original document she had claimed she had a “court ordered subpoena” for. She didn’t actually have a court ordered anything, nor did she have the sense to call and make sure that the defendants intended to be there and comply with her imaginary subpoena when she arrived before she spent all that money in the first place. But hay, she wants them to be responsible for that cost anyway.

On September 2, 2011 Loretta Fuddy filed a “Motion to Dismiss”  on the basis that Taitz was pretty much full of shit if she thought that Obama releasing his own copy of the LFBC in any way changed the fact that the state of Hawaii was still bound by state confidentially laws. As well as the fact that she had never properly served her so called subpoena in the first place, regardless of her claim to the contrary.

On September 30, 2011 Taitz posted on her website her “Opposition to the Motion to Dismiss” continuing with her crazy claim that Obama had already released it and therefore gave up any claims of privacy. She concluded with:

“For all the foregoing reasons, the undersigned respectfully requests this Honorable Court deny Defendants’ motion on the merits and/or, if there is a procedural deficiency of some kind, afford the Petitioner an opportunity to cure it.”

Yes, by all means just let her know what she screwed up and she’ll fix it, OK?

On October 7th Defendant filed a “Memorandum”  in reply to Taitz’s opposition to the Motion to Dismiss. Again outlining the fact that this entire lawsuit is a hopeless waste of everyone’s time, but also made reference to Taitz’s habitual frivolous filing habits.

“C. Plaintiff has no power or authority to determine the President's eligibility.
Plaintiff makes reference to the serious questions she raises with respect to the authenticity of the President's birth certificate and her need to compare the birth certificate released by the President with the official record. Memorandum at p. 4. However, she fails to cite any power or authority that she has to determine the President's eligibility.' Plaintiff does make unsubstantiated allegations regarding her need for the records and how their release is for the public good, but these unsubstantiated allegations are similar to allegations that Plaintiff has made repeatedly in courts throughout the country and Plaintiff has repeatedly been denied the relief she desperately seeks. See Barnett v. Obama, 2009 WL 3861788, (C.D. Cal. October 29, 2009), Rhodes v. McDonald, 2010 WL 892848, (11th Cir. March 15, 2010), and Cook v. Good, 2009 WL 2163535, (M.D. Ga. 2009). On one occasion, the involved Court went so far as to order that Plaintiff pay $20,000.00 as a sanction for filing frivolous pleadings and violating Rule 11. Rhodes v. McDonald, 670 F.Supp. 2d 1363, 1382. (M.D. Ga. 2009).”

So, this case is scheduled to be heard in just a few hours from now, anyone want to bet on how it’ll end?

Orly Taitz And The Crème Da La Crème

On September 28th, Orly Taitz posted a draft of her response to the Opposition to her Motion for Reconsideration filed by the defendant in Taitz v Astrue. On September 30th the “final draft” was docketed.

Now, I’ve seen her submit a lot of crazy shit in the last 3 years, but this is by far the “Crème da la Crème”. If this doesn’t provoke Judge Lamberth into ordering her to Show Cause as to why he shouldn’t have her sanctioned, disbarred or locked up in a padded cell I don’t know what will.

“Opposition by the defendant, Commissioner of Social Security Michael Astrue did not oppose any substantive points of the motion for reconsideration and the motion should be considered unopposed on the merits. In case the court believes, that the substantive points were addressed, the Plaintiff provides the following argument in reply to opposition and in support for motion for reconsideration.”

And it is an argument not to be believed!

“EMERGENCY SITUATION
Defendant Michael Astrue, Commissioner of the Social Security administration through his attorneys, Department of Justice-US Attorneys’ office, is claiming that the fact that Barack Obama, an individual without a valid social security number according to E-verify, is occupying the position of the U.S. President and Commander in Chief, does not represent an emergency situation and therefore there should not be a reconsideration.
In response Plaintiff herein is using Your Honors own lexicon: “They are either toying with the nation or showing their stupidity”.”

If this is not an emergency, what is, if there is no public interest in knowing, whether we have a criminal in the White House, when is there a public interest? Can there be a more dire emergency? We have a breach of the national security in the highest office in the land, and our Department of Justice does not grasp that this is an emergency?"

Unbelievable! She has now publicly accused the Commissioner of the SSA and the U.S. Attorneys of “obstruction of justice, aiding and abetting SS fraud and “possibly” treason”.

And that’s just the beginning.

Was it illegal for our members of the media to comment on it and state that this mistake might be an evidence of the fact, that in his mind he is thinking of 57 Muslim states as states where he has affinity and allegiance and not 50 U.S. states, which he is destroying with his policies? Yes, when Obama stated that he travelled to all 57 states, he probably misspoke, it was a Freudian slip, he did not intend to actually state, what was on his mind, but he did. It cannot be taken back and it is an evidence of his frame of mind.”

“It is unthinkable to believe that we can have such an unprecedented level of corruption in all three branches of our government, that this court would rule, that this information is not of exigent nature and that the release of a redacted SS-5 application for this SSN is not warranted. Orly Taitz Is Taking Her Demands To D.C.

As mentioned in the last post Orly was bragging and basking in the glory of her big victory in visiting D.C. as she relayed “her version” of the events of her trip to the flying monkeys. It has also always been her habit to post about all of the interviews she gives, so the FM’s can see how successful and sought after she is by the media. (Oh, AND how famous she is, that’s very important for everyone to know.) Well, her post D.C. trip interviews have hit the intertubes.

At Salon.com Justin Elliott posted on September 26th: “Top GOP staffers huddle with Birther activist”

“President Obama released his long-form birth certificate months ago, but leading Birther activist Orly Taitz is still insisting to anyone who will listen that the president is not a natural-born citizen. Last Thursday she traveled to Capitol Hill to make her pitch to staffers for some of the most influential conservative members of Congress, some of whom were apparently quite receptive to her message.”

He went on to relay what Taitz had claimed of the positive reactions she had received and about her goal to “testify at a congressional committee about her never-ending legal crusade to prove the president is not a natural-born citizen.” But Justin just didn’t take her at “her” word and leave it at that, he called the folks she claimed to have spoken to and got…. “The rest of the story”.

“UPDATE: Brian Phillips, communications director for Sen. Mike Lee, sends this note about his office's encounter with Taitz:
Mrs. Taitz did not "meet" with our office in the widely understood sense. She arrived at our office unannounced and requested to speak with someone about a "homeland security" issue. She was afforded five minutes with a staffer. Once it was clear that her issue did not reflect one of critical national security importance, she was thanked and the meeting ended.
UPDATE II: Allen West's spokeswoman tells me that Taitz's account of her conversation with West's chief of staff is "absolutely false." The spokeswoman also points to West's statement to Birthers that they should focus on Obama's policies rather than his citizenship status.
Meanwhile, an aide to Rubio tells Ben Smith: "Senate staff regularly meet with a wide range of people, including people we disagree with as was the case here."

Well, there you have it. But slapping Orly with the truth does little to deter her. Unless they are speaking “Orly Truth”, they are corrupt and just trying to cover up her version of the “real truth” and persecute her for attempting to expose it.

In addition to her posting repeated demands that she should be allowed to testify before a congressional committee about this, she is also instructing her FMs step by step on how to write letters, make phone calls and make those same demands on her behalf. But she does advise them not to waste their time on the “legal stuff.”

Actually none of her pleadings have ever contained a speck of any kind of actual evidence, only hearsay and allegations. The fact that Obama changed his SSN some years ago would certainly account for the fact that her E-Verify doesn’t friggin match! And even the SSA states that the 1st 3 digits of the SSN cannot be relied upon as absolute proof of where someone was “supposedly” living when it was issued. Blocks of numbers were issued to different states, but they often shifted those numbers around according to need. But you can’t tell birfers that, they don’t care. Reality is not a state their brains are capable of achieving.

The Crazy Daze Of Tin Foil Taitz Continues…

It seems Orly’s been a busy little bat lately since her admission of fraud in our last post. After soliciting her flying monkeys to set her up with meetings in D.C. with as many Congressional officials as possible, as well as urging them all to download her pleadings and send them to everyone from Sheriff Joe in Arizona to Congressman, Senators and even Gawd him/her/itself, she gets ready to head to Washington. On September 21st she proudly posted on her website that she would be leaving for D.C. and would be “having 5 congressional meetings” the next day. Boy the flying monkeys were so proud of their Queen and this tremendous success.

When she returned home she posted that she had forwarded all of her information on Social security fraud to “12 high ranking senators and congressmen and had personal in depth meetings with legal counsel, chiefs of staff and senior advisers for 4 high ranking senators and 3 representatives: Senator Tom Coburn-ranking member of the subcommittee on privacy on senate judicial committee, Senator Jim Inhofe, Senator Marco Rubio, Congressman Lamar Smith-chair f the House Judiciary committee, Congressman Allen West, Congressman Steven King.” She also claimed that some of the chiefs of staff and their legal counsel would work together in arranging for her to testify at one of the committee or subcommittee hearings, and that she should hear from them within a week.

This of course had the praise rolling in as Orly basked in the glory of it. However I’d be willing to bet that in truth, she never got passed the reception staff that no doubt busted guts laughing at her and her insanity probably before she even had the doors shut behind her as she left. Unfortunately her excitement over this big success was quickly shoved aside as she received notice that the Defense in Taitz v Astrue had the nerve to file an “Opposition to her Motion to Reconsider”.

“Plaintiff cannot establish the extraordinary circumstances necessary to justify relief under Rule 59(e). Plaintiff presents no previously unavailable evidence that justifies revisiting the Court’s conclusion. And plaintiff fails to identify any clear error or manifest injustice in the Court’s order. Plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration should therefore be denied.”

It goes on to outline the legal incompetence of her Motion to Reconsider and requests that her motion be denied. Of course now that this opposition has been filed it’s likely that Judge Lamberth will rule very soon to grant this opposition and deny (hopefully with sanctions and even possible charges) her Motion to Reconsider. Once that is done, her case in Hawaii against Loretta Fuddy that never had a snowballs chance in the first place will be toast. (Actually it was toast the minute she filled it, just like everything else she has ever filed.) She quickly posted:

You know Orly has been touting the fact that she escaped the corruption and oppression of communist Russia ever since she came here. But to hear her tell it the U.S. is a million times worse, you know since every single person AND entity in it are nothing but no good treasonous Obot thugs, except her flying monkeys of course. Orly Taitz Admits Fraud In Sworn Statement To The Court

I swear, I’ve seen a lot of stupid people in my life but Orly Taitz takes the cake. She has without doubt achieved the level of “stick a fork in the light socket” stupid. Following our last post, “Orly Taitz Gets Her Ass Kicked Again”  where we discussed Judge Lamberth dismissing Orly’s case Taitz v Astrue “with prejudice” and his famous footnote #4 which read in part:

"The Selective Service does not release registration acknowledgment forms to the public; only a registrant himself can request proof of his registration. See Registration Information, http://www.sss.gov/ack.htm. The Court can only conclude that plaintiff has submitted a form that some individual obtained through a false request and subsequently posted online."

“Anyone who knowingly and willfully uses SSNVS to request or obtain information from SSA under false pretenses violates Federal law and may be punished by a fine, imprisonment or both.” As with the registration acknowledgement form discussed above, the Court can only conclude that plaintiff has submitted a page that some individual obtained under false pretenses—that is, by representing himself as the President’s employer. The Court notes that both documents submitted by plaintiff are incomplete; the address on the registration acknowledgment form and the employer identification number on the SSNVS page have been blacked out, further confirming the documents’ fraudulent origins. For all of these reasons, the Court will disregard both documents as well as any arguments made in reliance on them.”

Orly decided to file a “Motion for Reconsideration” , and on her website she announced on 9/1/11 that she would post the “unredacted” motion on her website on 9/8/11 after Obama made his Jobs speech, and she did. I don’t know, maybe she thought doing so at that specific time would severely upset and “upstage” Obama, the way she was upset and upstaged by his releasing his long form birth certificate and killing Osama bin Laden just days before her big oral hearing in “Barnett v Obama” on 5/2/11. And of course, Obama really has nothing more important to do than plan sneak attacks on Orly Taitz!

Her motion was finally docketed 9/13/11

“Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. (Hereinafter “Taitz”) submits this motion for reconsideration and respectfully requests emergency hearing and oral argument on the merits within 20 days, based on newly discovered information and based on an assertion of clear error and manifest injustice, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59(e). This motion is based on the instant Memorandum of points and authorities, exhibits herein, and any matters present at oral argument.”

So, what could this “new evidence” be?

“After Taitz submitted her opposition to motion for summary judgment, she appeared on a number of radio shows. During one of the shows, talk show host, Mr. Doug Hagmann, who is also a private investigator, related to Taitz that when Mr. Obama originally posted his tax returns on WhiteHouse.gov, he left his full Social Security number on one of the pages, and it was the same Connecticut social security number which is listed in the sworn affidavits of investigators Sankey, Daniels and Sampson which were previously submitted to this court.
Originally, as the tax returns were posted an employee who posted them did not “flatten” the file. What it meant is that if any person were to open this file in Adobe illustrator computer application, this person could see layers of alterations made to the file. It showed on page 43 of Obama's 2009 return a full unredacted social security number, that started with 042. (See attached.Exhibit 1(a) and exhibit 1(b))"

“The moment this information was posted on the White House official web site it became public knowledge. It was not done by any illegal activity of the Plaintiff, it was done by Barack Obama himself or one of his employees, who was authorized by Obama to post this tax return on the web. Taitz did not force Obama to post his full unredacted SSN on line. This number became public record.”

“The number that was posted was xxx-xx-4425. This is the same Connecticut SSN that according to licensed investigators Susan Daniels, Neil Sankey and retired deportation officer John Sampson, Obama was using, and the same number, which according to e-verify was never assigned to Obama. (Exhibit 2 hereto, the “Affidavit of Linda Jordan” discussed below).
This startling recently discovered evidence is consistent with prior evidence showing that White House employees originally did not flatten the computer file they posted on April 27, 2011 which showed clear evidence of forgery in the computer image of Obama's alleged 1961 typewritten long form birth certificate. (Exhibit 4, hereto.)”

Her conclusion?

“How could a White House employee leave such incriminating evidence visible to the public at large and not once, but twice? Maybe, it is a case of simple negligence of an employee, maybe, because there is so much fraud and forgery in most of Obama’s records, that such signs of forgery were bound to appear at some point and become available to the public at large. Maybe, this employee of the White House was warning the public.”

Sure that had to be it, it was a warning to the public, right!

“It is not “bare suspicion” under the present circumstances to charge that when one does not have a valid birth certificate, one needs to resort to use of a forged birth certificate and a stolen social security number of an elderly individual from a State where one has never resided, an individual whose death was not recorded. All of the above provides evidence that indeed the most egregious fraud was committed upon each and every U.S. citizen and on the United States of America as a whole.”

Wow, that’s some real serious hardcore undisputable evidence there. But it gets even better!

"b. … and also regarding the selective service website information:
This court misunderstood and misinterpreted the evidence provided in regards to the selective service official website www.sss.gov.
This court erroneously believed, that a person can check only his own registration. That is not the case. www.sss.gov is a public website. In order to clarify the matter Taitz provides her declaration (Exhibit 2(a), (b) and (c). Affidavit of Taitz and printout from official web site of Selective Service).
Taitz provides a printout of online verification, Exhibit 2(a)."

Yes, by all means lets get right to that affidavit.

"AFFIDAVIT OF ORLY TAITZ
1. I, Orly Taitz, am over 18 years old, I am an attorney, licensed in the state of California and admitted in all courts of California, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of the United States. I have personal knowledge of the facts described below and I can competently testify at trial to the following:
2. I received information from licensed investigators Sankey and Daniels as well as recently retired senior deportation officer John Sampson, that for most of his life Barack Obama used and is currently using a Connecticut social security number XXX-XX-4425.
3. The first three digits of the number 042 were assigned by the Social Security administration to the state of Connecticut.
4. Based on information and belief, Obama was never a resident of Connecticut.
5. Concerned that we have an individual fraudulently using a stolen social security number from a state, where he never resided, I decided to verify this information through official sources of the U.S. government.
6. I went on the official website for the U.S. government www.sss.gov. This website provides verification of the Selective Service registration with the U.S. military.
7. One cannot occupy an executive position with the U.S. government without such registration with the Selective Service.
8. For verification one is supposed to enter the name, birthdate and social security number of the individual. If all three parameters match to the identification information on file, it will show "Matched record".
9. I personally entered name "Obama", birthdate 08.04.1961 and social security number XXX-XX-4425, given to me by investigators Sankey, Daniels and Sampson.
10. I got a response "Matched record" . selective service number 61-1125539- 1. Date of registration 9.4.1980.
11. From birth and until date of registration Obama was not a resident of Connecticut.
12. I also received a sworn affidavit from expert Chito Papa, showing, that Barack Obama is using the same Connecticut social security number XXX-XX-4425 on his 2009 tax returns, which were posted on the official web site WhiteHouse.gov. This tax return was later reposted with the file flattened and the social security number electronically whitened, however the original file with the visible social security number was downloaded by Mr. Papa and multiple other individuals. A true and correct copy of such affidavit is attached herein.
13. I also received a sworn affidavit from Ms. Linda Jordan. A true and correct copy of such affidavit is attached herein.
12. As an attorney and officer of the court I declare under penalty of perjury, that above is true and correct statement of the facts. As an officer of the court I am requesting an immediate hearing on this matter, as it shows that we have an unprecedented breach of the U.S. National security, we have an individual with a fraudulently obtained Social Security number from a state, where he never resided, occupying the position of the President of the United States and Commander-in-chief.

And her evidence that accessing Obama’s Selective Service records was not a crime? She submits a screen shot of “This Page”  from SSS website on page 31 of her motion that states:

“Selective Service Online Registration Verification
This service allows you to look up a man's Selective Service number, as well as the date he registered. Enter a last name, social security number, and date of birth for the registered man, and click on "Submit."
Only registrations of men born on or after January 1, 1960, can be verified through this system. To obtain Selective Service information about men born earlier, CLICK HERE and follow the instructions on our "Records" page."

But what she neglected to submit, or probably neglected to even read herself was the privacy statement. After all that’s just legal mumbo jumbo and a “Great KONstitutional Attorney” like Orly Taitz doesn’t need to bother with such trifles as that. But lets take a look for ourselves, just for fun. On the SSS website the “Privacy Statement” states:

*What are Your Rights Under the Privacy Act of 1974?
The Privacy Act of 1974 protects the personal information the federal government keeps on you in "systems of records (SOR).”
The Act's major provisions require agencies to:
Publish a Privacy Act Notice in the Federal Register explaining the existence, character, and uses of a new or revised SOR;
Keep information about you accurate, relevant, timely, and complete to assure fairness in dealing with you; and
Allow you to, upon request, access and review your information held in a SOR."

And if we refer to the Privacy Act itself under “Conditions of Disclosure to Third Parties”  (which Taitz would defiantly be, since she is not in fact President Obama) the first item we find is this:

“A: The "No Disclosure Without Consent" Rule
"No agency shall disclose any record which is contained in a system of records by any means of communication to any person, or to another agency, except pursuant to a written request by, or with the prior written consent of, the individual to whom the record pertains”

Imagine that! So in essence what Orly has done is admit to the court, “under penalty of prudery” that she has in fact impersonated the President of the United States and by entering “his personal information” did fraudulently accessed his selective service records. I mean seriously, how blatantly fucking stupid can she be?

On page 36 of the motion is her affidavit from Linda Jordan who states, (also “under penalty of perjury”):

Orly Taitz Gets Her Ass Kicked Again Exactly As Predicted

In the Birferverse Obama has been accused of everything from being a gay cokehead Muslim who murdered his gay lover, to actually being the illegitimate son of Malcolm X who secretly trained with al Qaida terrorists while he was “supposed” to be attending law school at Columbia. And Orly Taitz has been all over every bit of it like stink on shit since day one. With her intense bigotry and downright hatred of Muslims, along with her narcissistic craving for publicity and fame, come hell or high water she intends to find a way to “do this usurper in” and gain the glory and praise of the world. Even though she has never had the first scrap of any kind of actual evidence to back up any of her delusional claims, and the fact that she has lost every single case she has ever filed, she still goes on claiming emanate victory… any minute now.

Her latest unsurprising failure being her case Taitz v Astrue where she intended to force the SSA to release to her Obama’s original SS application. The fact that the law forbids release of any information on living people was irrelevant. She intended to prove he committed fraud and she had no problem committing fraud herself to attempt to prove it.

Judge Lamberth “Denied” all of her motions, including her motion to compel the state of Hawaii to comply with her subpoena for Obama’s original birth certificate, and “Granted” final judgment for the defendant, dismissing the case “with prejudice” which means that Orly will never again be allowed to sue the SSA under the FOIA over this “alleged” fraudulent SS# she claims Obama has. In his 8 page “Memorandum Opinion” he begins with:

“Ever persistent, plaintiff has once again come before this Court in an effort to uncover “the biggest cover up in the history of this nation.” She believes that the President is using a “fraudulently obtained” social security number and that the Social Security Administration—among other agencies—is involved in a scheme to “cover up social security fraud, IRS fraud, elections fraud and possibly treason” committed by the President. As her numerous filings with the Court demonstrate, plaintiff will stop at nothing to get to the bottom of this alleged conspiracy. Unfortunately for plaintiff, today is not her lucky day.”

In laymen’s terms I’d sure call that a birther bitch slap. The best part of his memorandum IMO finally addresses the unethical (if not criminal) way she obtained this “so-called” evidence she submitted to the court in his subparagraph #4.

“Plaintiff submits the Selective Service registration acknowledgment form associated with security number xxx-xx-4425, which apparently is “readily available on the world wide web.” She argues that this form establishes that the President is fraudulently using social security number xxx-xx-4425, and that the Selective Service and the SSA are “engaged in a cover up” of his fraud. The Selective Service does not release registration acknowledgment forms to the public; only a registrant himself can request proof of his registration. See Registration Information, http://www.sss.gov/ack.htm. The Court can only conclude that plaintiff has submitted a form that some individual obtained through a false request and subsequently posted online. Plaintiff also submits a “verification results” page from the Social Security Number Verification System (“SSNVS”) indicating that social security number xxx-xx-4425 is “not in file (never issued).” She argues that this page is further evidence that the SSA is covering up the President’s use of social security number xxx-xx-4425. The SSA uses the SSNVS to provide employers with a means of verifying the names and social security numbers of employees. See SSNVS Handbook, http://www.ssa.gov/employer/ssnvshandbk/ssnvsHandbook.pdf. “Anyone who knowingly and willfully uses SSNVS to request or obtain information from SSA under false pretenses violates Federal law and may be punished by a fine, imprisonment or both.” As with the registration acknowledgement form discussed above, the Court can only conclude that plaintiff has submitted a page that some individual obtained under false pretenses—that is, by representing himself as the President’s employer. The Court notes that both documents submitted by plaintiff are incomplete; the address on the registration acknowledgment form and the employer identification number on the SSNVS page have been blacked out, further confirming the documents’ fraudulent origins. For all of these reasons, the Court will disregard both documents as well as any arguments made in reliance on them.”

Of course granting judgment for the defense in this case completely moots her case against Loretta Fuddy in the state of Hawaii, which was based on the Taitz v Astrue case. Taitz claimed however at her hearing for ECF privileges the same day this ruling came out that she intended to appeal and was confident that her appeal would be granted and persuaded the court in Hawaii to give her time to try to do so.

This Motion to Reconsider will also be a failure, just like everything else she has ever done while touting emanate victory at every turn.

According to a competent and reliable source who was present in the courtroom in Hawaii for this hearing, Fogbow Obot “Mikedunford” who reported on the case we see how Taitz twists and even disregards actual truth when relaying information to her flying monkeys on her website. Immediately after the hearing Orly posted this on her website:

“Update, motion to compel producion of Obama’s original BC was postponed to November 21, 9:30 am

Today at 5:15 pm PST we had a hearing with the District Judge Susan Oke Mollway. She supervises magistrate judge Puglisi.
She gave me ECF privileges to file electronically.”

Actually no, she didn’t give Orly ECF privileges. According to Mike this is what was actually said:

“The Judge explained that the hearing is on Orly's motion for ECF privileges. She asked Orly if Orly had ECF filing privileges in her own district. Orly said that she did. The judge then proceeded to very slowly, clearly, and patiently explain to Orly that the practice normally followed if you want ECF privileges in the Hawaii District, the normal procedure is to go to the district's website. She then read - on the record - the website address to Orly. And repeated some of it when Orly indicated that she didn't quite catch all of it. She then told Orly to look over at the left side of the screen, where it says "ECF". "Then there will be a place where you click."
She then suggested that Orly might want to select the box asking to be exempted from the training requirement because of the training she's done in California, and informed Orly that this sort of thing is handled by the Clerk of the Court, and is not something that the Judges deal with. Orly was then advised to go ahead and follow the normal procedures to obtain ECF access.”

Orly also claimed in her post:

“Deputy atorney General of Hawaii Jill Nagamine and assistant Attorey General Rebecca Quinn were there and demanded to dismiss the case and the hearing in light of todays’ order by judge Lamberth.”

According to Mike they didn’t “demand” anything:

“Ms. Nagamine then stood up and said that she'd received information this morning indicating that the underlying case in DC was dismissed, and would the Judge like to see a copy of the order and the supporting memorandum. Judge Mollway read the order into the record. She then explained, for the record, what the memorandum was. She then asked Orly if she agreed that her DC case was dismissed.
Orly responded by saying that as the Judge knew, that's not a final decision, because she has the right to file a motion for reconsideration. She went on to say that she has important new evidence, that she will be filing a motion for reconsideration shortly, and that, "I have no doubt my motion will be granted."

As far as the hearing being rescheduled? From Mike’s report:

“They went off the record briefly while the courtroom manager called down to Judge Puglisi's chambers, and got a new hearing date of 26 October. Judge Mollway then informed Orly that this should be enough time for Judge Lamberth to rule on the motion for reconsideration. She also informed Orly that Orly needs to keep the court advised of what happens with the motion for reconsideration, because if the motion for reconsideration is tossed, HI will close the current action.
They finally settled on 21 November at 0930. If the case is still alive.
Orly was then informed that Judge Puglisi may decide to deal with the matter without a hearing. Judge Mollway made sure to tell Orly that judges are allowed to do that, and that it would probably be a good idea to check with Judge Puglisi's chambers before getting on a plane to come out here.”

The real irony of Judge Lamberth’s subparagraph #4 from this latest ruling and his statement in reference to her illegally obtained “evidence” that “the Court will disregard both documents as well as any arguments made in reliance on them”, is that Taitz’s next stupid case “Taitz v Ruemmler” has already been assigned to Judge Lamberth. Can you guess what her primary evidence in that case is?

The Crazy Daze Of Tin Foil Taitz Continues…

After Orly Taitz filled her “Opposition to Motion for Summary Judgment”, as discussed in “Following Up On Taitz v Astrue”  with her completely incompetent attempt at redacting the SSNs as she had been ordered to do by the court, defendant Michael Astrue entered (yet again) a “Motion to Strike”  on the basis that Taitz continued to file documents with unredacted SSNs against the order of the court.

“Defendant Michael Astrue, Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby moves the Court to strike from the record Plaintiff’s Opposition to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment, and all attached exhibits pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2. Those filings contain numerous social-security numbers, along with Plaintiff’s allegations as to the individuals to whom those numbers are assigned. “Unless the court orders otherwise, in an electronic or paper filing with the court that contains an individual’s social-security number . . . a party or nonparty making the filing may include only the last four digits of the social-security number.” Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2(a)(1). This is the third time Plaintiff has filed documents that include unredacted social-security numbers in violation of Rule 5.2, and it follows this Court’s order striking Plaintiff’s Complaint, First Amended Complaint, and attached exhibits because they contained unredacted social-security numbers.
See Dkt. No. 13. Defendant accordingly moves the Court to strike Plaintiff’s Opposition to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment, and all attached exhibits.”

The very next day, on 7/21/11 Judge Lamberth “Granted”  the defendants Motion to Strike and ordered Taitz’s MSJ and all of her attached exhibits stricken from the record. Well this caused Orly to have another birfer conniption fit as she always does whenever a court rules against her, and of course that means100% of the time. She posted this on her website

“I was told by the clerk of the court, that Judge Lamberth reconsidered his prior order, issued today in the morning, and the new order will be posted today. They will give me 2 weeks to file a redacted copy of the MSJ.
Apparently the redacted copy, that was delivered to them by the FedEx (I even posted on this blog all the tracking from Irvine Ca to Washington DC) disappeared. Nobody can find it anywhere in the court. They nearly gave me a heart attack earlier today.
My son, who is helping in the office, told me that I yelled at the clerks so much, that he is afraid, I scarred the patients waiting for their treatment. Luckily the patients said, that they are political supporters of mine and they even ordered three new crowns, so I am good.”

And after screeching her brains out at the Judge’s staff, Judge Lamberth gave her one last chance to file her “redacted” motion. She filed it. Again redacting some numbers by scratching out the last 4 and leaving the first 5 completely bass ackwards according to the law, some the other way around, and some not at all. For Gawd’s sake, just how fucking STOOPID and absolutely incompetent can she be? Apparently there is no limit as far as she is concerned.

In her “Motion for Reconsideration”

“Emergency motion for reconsideration of 07.21.2011 order striking the opposition to MSJ, due to the fact, that corrected redacted opposition was received by the court on 07.15.2011 by Federal Express and was not docketed by the clerk.”

(Of course nothing is EVER her fault)

She not only screeched at the Judge’s staff to the point of frightening her patients in the office but threw this little tidbit into her Motion as well:

“Plaintiff is greatly concerned, that there is an employee in this court, who is intentionally sabotaging the plaintiff in order to allow person of interest in this case, an individual, occupying the position of the President and Commander in Chief based on a forged long form birth certificate and a fraudulently obtained social security number to continue the usurpation of the U.S. Presidency in violation of civil rights of the plaintiff and 311 million American citizens, who have a right to be governed by a legitimate president.”

Unfucking Believable!

The next day on 7/22/11 Taitz jumps back to the case of Liberi v Taitz where Judge Andrew Guilford issued his order for Taitz to be “Sanctioned and Fined”  for her blatant disregard for court orders in his court, she posts her reply on her website:

“Defendants mistakenly understood, that the order given by this court granting Orly Taitz leave of court to file 12b motion relates to all the entities connected to Orly Taitz and thought that filing separate requests for the same 12b motion would be redundant and will only waste the time of the court. Defendants apologize for the misunderstanding and respectfully request the court to reconsider today’s order and will make sure to file requests for leave of court separately for each entity separately in the future.”

“Defendants are asking the court to review the mitigating factor, that the defendants did not violate any orders of this court before, while the Plaintiffs have violated such order and rules of court repeatedly by filing responses to requests for leave of court and filing over 800 pages of complaint and exhibits one day before the opposition was due and got no sanctions whatsoever.”

She then goes on about how she is but an innocent victim of these dastardly and dangerous criminals who are after her for no rational reason, certainly through no fault of her own and she is the one who has suffered unspeakable emotional distress and unrelenting harassment at the hands of these horrible people.

Yea, right! She goes on:

“Do the plaintiffs need to ask for a leave of court to file a cross complaint and answer the complaint. What are the defendants supposed to do, if a leave of court is not granted? Does it mean that the Defendants have to file their cross complaint against the Plaintiffs in the state court and conduct two actions simultaneously in the Federal and State courts?”

Actually what Orly Taitz really needs to do is go to a real law school somewhere and actually learn a little something about the law, the courts, and how it all actually works in this country so she can figure this shit out for herself.

Jumping right back to Taitz v Astrue, Judge Lamberth responds to Orly’s latest tripe with a “Motion to seal Opposition to Motion for Summary Judgment”  on 7/25/11 whe he states in part:

“The documents will not be docketed or placed in the public record because they contain information submitted in violation of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2(a)(1). See separate Memorandum & Order, issued this date.
The documents will be kept for consideration of possible sanctions against plaintiff.”

In the “Separate Memorandum” Judge Lamberth grants the Defendant’s motion to strike plaintiff’s opposition to defendant’s summary judgment motion and attached exhibits due to plaintiff’s failure to comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure. He also stated,

“The court will not tolerate plaintiff’s repeated violations of this rule”.

He goes on to state:

“The Court’s order [25] striking plaintiff’s opposition did not impose sanctions against plaintiff because defendant had not sought them. Plaintiff should be aware, however, that repeated violations of the rules are in fact sanctionable, even sua sponte, Moreover, wasting the Courts time with nonsense is not the way for plaintiff to have any hope of prevailing in this case.”

In closing he says:

“Plaintiff is either toying with the Court or displaying her own stupidity.”

Now pissing off a federal Judge bad enough for him to make a statement like that is pretty damn bad and anyone with a lick of sense would realize that, of course Orly Taitz has no sense at all. She apparently believes that since she was originally given 2 weeks to re-file her redacted motion even though the Judge has now already ruled on that re-filled motion and denied it that she is free to just keep filing it over and over until she gets it right. Of course Judge Lamberth has nothing better to do than re-read and re-rule on her endless stream of same ole same ole bullshit, right? On her website the next day she posted this:

Judge Andrew J. Guilford has sanctioned and fined her $250 for not following court orders. It’s a far cry from the $20,000 she was fined by Judge Land in Georgia, but I suspect it still won’t slow her crazy train down one bit. She has been given 14 days to pay the fine. It’s about time these Judges stood up to her blatant defiance of the law and court procedure. Well that makes twice she’s been sanctioned and fined now. I wonder how many more she’ll get before she’s finally DISBARRED?

Following Up On Taitz v Astrue

It seems our not yet but should be disbarred attorney Orly Taitz has been a busy little bat since the state of Hawaii told her to shove her worthless subpoena. First of all on 7/1/11 Defendant Michael Astrue entered a “Motion for Summary Judgment”  documenting that all of the requests Orly submitted were answered and that what she was “legally” allowed to receive was sent to her. End of story.

On 7/5/11, even after being told to stuff it by the state of Hawaii, Orly fired off another subpoena to Hawaii demanding (yet again) that Ms Fuddy, produce Obama’s original typewritten birth certificate. (Link here) This one is signed by a court clerk, who actually has no more authority than Taitz does. But the Birferverse goes ballistic as Orly proclaims that this subpoena was “issued by the court”. (Which it wasn’t) They’re all just shitting themselves with the “any day now, any day, we got ’um now!” while Orly revels in all the glory and attention of course.

That same day Orly received a letter from the SSA with another copy of Ann Dunham’s original SS-5 form, and you guessed it. Now Orly has even more proof that Ann Dunham is a “forger of vital records” too, just like that no-account son of hers. You see, the first time she received the form she claimed that Ann had submitted the application that she signed in 1959 on a form that Orly swore up and down had a revised date of 1965. Orly’s initial claim being that there was no way Ann could have submitted her application in 1959 on a form that had not yet been created, so that was the first absolute proof that it had been forged. And she had her “document experts” to back her up. But this new letter from the SSA included a list showing all the revision dates of the SS-5 form, and the last revision before Ann submitted her form in 1959 was July of 1956.

So now (if you can follow this) Orly is claiming that the new copy she received of the form Ann signed in 1959 that was legitimately revised in 1956 was actually forged to say revised in 1955 and there were no revisions in 1955, so there’s her new proof that Obama’s mother indeed forged that document. Well first of all, why would anyone with more than half a brain cell bother to take a legitimate form that the state had already been using for 3 years and forge the revision date on it to one year earlier? And second, to my knowledge none of the birfers have ever questioned the fact that Ann Dunham is a natural born American citizen. In which case why the hell would she bother to forge the fucking thing in the first place if she were rightfully entitled to obtain a legitimate SSN? That would not make any kind of sense what so ever! I mean really, the level of STOOPID here is unbelievable! Where the fuck does she get this shit from?

On 7/7/11 she posted her explanation of what all this “subpoena stuff” means on her website so all the flying monkeys can understand just how well she’s doing with this case.

I guess, I need to explain. I just finished a radio interview and an interview for Sharon Rondeau from “Post and E-mail” , explaining that, but I will explain again.
I served the director of Health with 2 subpoenas. There are two ways to issue subpoenas: first -generated by an attorney and second-generated by the court. Even if the case is in DC, the subpoena will come from the district court in HI, sine the director of Health is in their jurisdiction.
after I served the director of Health, Loretta Fuddy with the the first subpoena, the attorney General of HI responded on her behalf, stating that she will not comply due to the considerations of privacy (totally bogus argument, since Obama already released the document, so he cannot claim privacy as a legitimate issue).
I served them with a second subpoena, this time it is signed by the clerk of the court. Meanwhile I am filing a motion to compel with the judge, saying that they are refusing to comply with the first one and I want a court order."

(Right, she wants a court order. Well, as the old saying goes, she can “want in one hand and shit in the other and see which gets full first!”)

"If meanwhile they comply with the second subpoena, I will withdraw the motion."

(Fat chance they will comply with that!)

"I have multiple opportunities and multiple ways to get there. I’d like to keep my cards close to my chest, so I will not explain further. All I can say, that If the judge does not rule in my favor in the case at hand, I will continue on multiple fronts and at the end of the day a number of people will be sitting in prison. Several highly positioned individuals will be in hot water. ObamaFraudGate and ObamaforgeryGate is 100 times bigger, than Watergate."

(Yea, a hundred times bigger than Watergate… Only in her delusional dreams.)

"It will not go away, it will only grow bigger and it will swallow more and more officials. Democrat party will end up completely annihilated, if it lasts much longer. also, there is a backlash against sitting republican congressmen and senators. My feeling is, that during the next election sitting congressmen from both parties will end up being sent home: Republicans will be sent home during the primary, Democrats -during the general election."

Right, she’s going to annihilate the entire Democratic Party! And here is her “Motion to Compel”  filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia requesting that Judge Lamberth issue an order compelling Director of Health Loretta Fuddy to comply with her subpoena. Of course Orly continually fails to understand that compliance with that subpoena would violate state privacy laws. She still believes that because Obama publicly released his LFBC that state privacy laws no longer apply. Orly and her half a brain cell just cannot comprehend that state privacy laws will only grant access to birth records to those that are rightfully entitled to receive them, and in this case that is not her or any of her flying monkeys. If a rightful recipient, in this case Obama, chooses to publicly release it, that’s his friggin business. He can do any damn thing he wants with it, but the fact that “he” publicly released it does NOT negate the privacy laws in Hawaii. The state is STILL bound by state law!

She goes on in her motion filled with improperly redacted SSNs (as usual) to outline her “evidence of forgery” from her so-called document experts, which consist of a copy machine salesman and a guy who does websites, both of whom drew their conclusions of forgery from looking at pictures on the internet and not by examining actual documents. As well as her claim that since Obama released the LFBC to the public that state law no longer applies, an absolutely ignorant thing for anyone to believe. AND she proudly includes her fraudulently obtained documents from the Selective Service and SSA along with pages of giant blown up typed letters that she and her experts claim don’t match.

For Gawd’s sake! Do none of these idiots know HOW the old manual typewriters even worked? Having to manually crank the paper down, lining it up, pressing down hard on each key to make it type and trying to keep the ribbon straight, I defy anyone to try typing on one and not fuck something up and to make every single letter match exactly. Why the hell do you suppose they had to invent whiteout?

As expected on 7/15/11 Orly files her “Opposition to Motion for Summary Judgment”  filed by Astrue on 7/5/11 where she continues her screeching of fraud and cover-ups along with even more unredacted SSNs, even going so far as telling the court there is no point in redacting Obama’s SSN.

“The type of safeguard, that is envisioned in the exemption 6 of FOIA does not exist in case at hand. This exception exists in relation to average citizens, whose name is not known and whose identity might be stolen by someone usng a name and a social security number of a private citizen. In case at hand we have a President of the United States of America using this number. Does the statute envision a hypothetical, when some random Joe six-pack from Any- town America is entering a bank and saying: “I am Barack Hussein Obama, here is my social security number, I want to withdraw a million dollars from this bank account”. Is it likely? Is it plausible? Of course not. While our other presidents might have had more random names and one expects there to be more than one Bill Clinton or Jimmy Carter, nobody has ever found another Barack Hussein Obama in the U.S.A. Uniqness of Obama’s name and his position make exemption 6 irrelevant to him and his vital records, it is safe to say, that even if an unredacted SS-5 is published, nobody will try to steal his identity, never mind with redacted SS-5.”

Of course Orly is far to incompetent to grasp the fact that the state of Hawaii can only issue copies of a birth certificate to those legally eligible to obtain them. If Obama decides to release it further then that’s his business, and his right to do so. The fact that he did chose to release it to the public does NOT change the state laws. Here’s the letter:

Neither subpoena was issued or served upon my client in accordance with the requirements of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (“FRCP”), Rule 45, thus it is our position that we have no duty to respond, however, to avoid confusion, our objections to those subpoenas, pursuant to Rule 45, FRCP, are noted below.
In addition to the procedural defects, these subpoenas would require disclosure of privileged or other protected matter, and there is no exception that applies to allow disclosure to you. Vital statistics records, such as birth certificates, are protected by strict confidentiality requirements under state law. Section 338-18, Hawaii Revised Statutes (“HRS”) prohibits disclosure of the records sought by your subpoenas without a showing of a direct tangible interest.
HRS §338-18 provides that:

You felt, that you really silenced all the civil rights and constitutional attorneys questioning your legitimacy to the position of the President and Commander in Chief, by calling them “Carnival barkers” and making an alleged certified copy of your long form original birth certificate available to the public.
This document looked good for an hour or two, until the expert reports started coming, showing that the document is a forgery, not even a good one, but a cheap third rate forgery. Please, see attached Exhibits 1 and 2, sworn affidavits from experts Paul Irey and Douglas Vogt, attesting to the fact, that the document in question is a forgery.
Conducting discovery in my ongoing case Taitz v Astrue, I requested from the director of Health of the state of Hawaii, Loretta Fuddy, access to your original birth certificate stored at the Health Department. After all, since you released a certified copy of the document, the issue of privacy is non-existent, everyone knows, what is or should be in that document, it should be identical to what you released and made a public record.
Today I received a fax from the Attorney General of the state of Hawaii, (Exhibit 3) stating that Director of Health Department, Ms. Fuddy, will not comply with the subpoena and will not allow access to the original long form birth certificate. The reason given, was your privacy, which of course makes no sense what so ever.
In the interest of respect for the National Security of the United States of America, in the interest of respect for the members of the US military and to each and every citizen of this country, I call upon you and respectfully request to consent to grant access to the original long form typewritten 1961 birth certificate, which was issued to you and signed by Stanley Ann Dunham, Dr. David Sinclair and registrar Lee.
If you were not aware of forgery in your documents, you clearly would want to cooperate and grant such access within the next 7 days.
If, on the other hand, you refuse to provide such access, that would signify complicity and prior knowledge of forgery. I would hope, it is prior, rather, than latter, and I hope your consent will be received within the next 7 days. If the consent is not received, I will have no other choice, but to seek other avenues of gaining access to the document in question.

I am concerned, that there is a concerted effort to obstruct justice and burry my case. The clerks are not docketting the pleadings and exhibits. there are no orders from the judge.
The clerks were supposed to docket
1. motion for clarification
2 motion for default judgment
3 redacted complaint with all the exhibits
4redacted first amended complaint with all the exhibits
5. an order to produce Vaughn index was supposed to come out long time ago and the index was supposed to be produced.
6. I believe there is pressure on the assistant attorney Nemeroff to file a motion to dismiss and for the judge to dismiss the case summarily and bury all the evidence
There are other areas, where I am concerned
I filed multiple motions to dismiss a frivolous law suit by Berg and Kreep. I’ve been harassed for 2 years with this bogus law suit, where Berg’s lead plaintiff and his paralegal Lisa Liberi claimed, that she was defamed, even though she was never defamed, and she is indeed a convicted document forger and thief with a total of 46 criminal charges and 10 felony convictions of forgery and grand theft. The Third Circuit Court of Appeals ordered the transferee court to rule on all outstanding motions. So far the judge on the case, Andrew Guilford, did not rule on the merits on one single motion to either dismiss the case or strike it under AntiSLAPP. What it means, is that when one is filing a frivolous law suit against you, just to harass you and try to silence you as a whistle-blower, stifle your first amendment right to free speech, which is SLAPP- strategic law suit against public participation, a defendant, like myself, who is the real victim, has a right to bring an AntiSLAPP, to strike and dismiss a frivolous law suit and get her attorneys fees. For 2 years the federal court system is dragging its feet, not one single judge, neither prior judge Eduardo Robreno in PA, nor the Third circuit court of Appeals ever read the complaint or my motions, did not rule on the merits. The Third circuit originally ruled, that my appeal should be heard on the merits there, but later they reversed their own decision by reshuffling the panel and replacing the judges on the panel and ruled, that it should be decided in CA. The judge in Ca is not ruling on the merits either. I know that since early sixties the court system was used to keep dissidents marred in bogus law suits, but there has to be an end to this."

She seems to have her drawers in all kinds of knots. It also seems that there is no limit on how far she’s willing to twist the truth or flat out lie to suit her own purposes. Orly Taitz IS guilty of posting Lisa Liberi personal information INCLUDING her social security number. And the ONLY thing Orly is a victim of is her own hateful incompetence.

Riding That Crazy Train Right Off the Rails

In another of Orly’s continuously futile lawsuits to remove Obama from office we have the case of Taitz v Astrue. After being repeatedly denied access to Obama’s Social Security information, something no one can legally obtain on any other living person without permission, Orly filed a lawsuit against “Michael Astrue, Commissioner of the Social Security Administration”  on 2.16.11 that basically said, “I know Obama is GUILTY because I found the evidence on the Internet and you WILL give me every thing I ask for you som-bitch.” Her document was 9 pages long filled with names and un-redacted SSN’s up the whazoo, and that was accompanied by “97”   pages of exhibits.

In April after Taitz committed fraud in obtaining Obama’s National Clearinghouse Student information while her buddy Hollister did the same in obtaining Obama’s selective service info, she filled an amended complaint in Taitz v Astrue to include her new fraudulently obtained “evidence”. (More on that “here” )

One of the many issues of ignorance with this whole thing is that she filed the original complaint to the wrong address, and never properly served the defendant or the U.S. Attorney’s office in her amended complaint. Ignoring those facts all together on 5/17/11 she filled a “Request for Default”  demanding that default be entered since she had not received any reply on her amended complaint. Judge Lamberth hand wrote “Request Denied” on her document indicating that “No proof of service has been filed; only proof of mailing”. So of course Orly filed a “Return Of Service/Affidavit of Summons and Complaint Executed”   on 5/20.11, which includes copies of her mailing receipts. I’m not sure how she figures that counts as proof of service, but we are talking about Orly here.

Three days later Michael Astrue filed a “Motion to Strike”  Orly’s Amended Complaint:

“Defendant Michael Astrue, Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby moves the Court to strike from the record Plaintiff’s Complaint, First Amended Complaint, and all attached exhibits pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2. Those filings contain numerous social-security numbers, along with Plaintiff’s allegations as to the individuals to whom those numbers are assigned. “Unless the court orders otherwise, in an electronic or paper filing with the court that contains an individual’s social-security number . . . a party or nonparty making the filing may include only . . . the last four digits of the social-security number.” Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2(a)(1). Defendant accordingly moves the Court to strike Plaintiff’s Complaint, First Amended Complaint, and all attached exhibits, and to order Plaintiff to refile the documents under seal or with properly redacted social-security numbers.”

YES! Finally she is being called out for illegally posting people’s social security numbers. Something she has been doing continually for over 2 years! Hopefully this will come back at her as a big ole Birfer Bitch Slap!

But wait, it gets better still! Somehow in her demented little birfer brain she apparently believes that because she mailed in her mailing receipts that her request for default judgment in Taitz v Astrue is magically GRANTED. So when she received a letter from the state of Hawaii DOH denying her request, (or I should say her demand) for access to Obama’s birth records, another thing no one can obtain without Obama’s consent, I guess she figured her imaginary default judgment in Taitz v Astrue also gives her the right to subpoena the director of the Health Department.

I’m still having trouble trying to figure out how the state of Hawaii DOH has anything to do with a case filled against the SS Administration in Washington DC. Not to mention that this subpoena was not actually issued by the court, but apparently printed off and filled out by Orly herself. If she thinks the HD is dumb enough to buy that shit she’s crazier than I thought.

Meanwhile back at the ranch, Orly’s was reveling in her imaginary default victory. The Birferverse was just buzzing with praise believing that Orly has indeed finally won discovery and that the court, not Orly had issued this “actually illegal” subpoena.

I swear I busted a gut laughing when I was reading the recently released transcript from the “Liberi v Taitz”  hearing from December as all of this was going on and I came across this little jewel on page 39, line 5 where Taitz says to the court:

“But also, I would ask to sanction Mr. Berg for issuing an illegal subpoena in the case where there was no discovery ordered.”

So it appears that she knows full well that issuing an illegal subpoena is well, STOOPID and one CAN be sanctioned for it. But that didn’t stop her from doing it. What an idiot!

Moving right along, and still believing her fantasy default judgment and delusional discovery is real on 5/31/11 she filled “Plaintiff’s Motion To Compel Preparation Of A Vaughn Index”  It’s a one page, one sentence motion:

“Plaintiff Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ moves this court for an order requiring the Defendant to provide within 30 after granting of this motion, an itemized, indexed inventory of every agency record or portion thereof responsive to Plaintiff’s request which Defendant asserts to be exempt from disclosure, accompanied by a detailed justification statement covering each refusal to release records or portion thereof in accordance with the indexing requirements of Vaughn v Rosen.”

Are we talking balls the size of coconuts here or what?

On 6/2/11 Judge Lamberth issued “This Order” granting in part and denying in part Michael Astrue’s motion to strike, saying:

“It is hereby ORDERED that the defendants motion is granted in part and denied in part. Plaintiff’s complaint, First Amended Complaint, and all attached exhibits shall be removed from the public record and filed under seal. Plaintiff is directed to refile those documents with properly redacted social security numbers on the public record within 14 days.”

Sounds pretty clear to me. Remove all filings from public record and file them under seal and he directed her to refile with properly redacted SSN’s within 14 days on the public record. In other words he telling her that she CAN’T publish SSN’s and names publicly and gave her 2 weeks to fix it. So what did she do? On 6/6/11 she posted on her website her “Motion for clarification”  and in it she reposted the social security number twice and claims she doesn’t know what she is required to redact since they are invalid numbers and they don’t apply to the rules. She starts with a little sucking up, which I’m sure won’t help:

“Plaintiff thanks the court for allowing the documents not to be sealed, and only requesting refilling with redaction. Plaintiff believes that this case is of the outmost National importance and sealing the complaint and the exhibits will deprive the public of their right to know the truth.”

(Outmost?)

She goes on about how all of these SS numbers are stolen and therefore invalid and I just love this bit:

“This means that none of the numbers used by Obama during his life and used today in the White House, are valid numbers. Those are either numbers, that were never assigned or numbers, that were assigned to deceased individuals, whose death was not reported to the Social Security administration. Mr. Obama’s lifelong friend, domestic terrorist William Ayers, aka Mr. “Guilty as sin, free as a bird”, described in his memoirs, Fugitive Days, how he and his wife, Ms. domestic terrorist Bernadette Dohrn, searched through the cemeteries for graves of children, got their birth certificates and applied for the social security numbers under the names of the deceased.”

This is probably where she got the idea to badger the poor parents of infants that died at the same time Obama was born trying to get copies of their birth records so she can prove Obama stole the birth certificate numbers. And yes, she did that.

She finishes with this:

“Clearly Mr. Obama cannot suffer any losses, due to his use of an invalid number, however there is a great benefit to the public at large, to ascertain the loopholes and malfunction within the Social Security Administration and make sure, that not only Mr. Obama is ultimately prosecuted, but also to make sure, that proper measures are taken to prevent such occurrence in the future. Great public interest and great significance of this most important matter of the national security outweigh minor inconveniences for the defendant commissioner of the Social Security administration and for Mr. Obama.

6. Since NONE of the numbers used by Mr. Obama represent a valid social security number, assigned to him, Taitz needs clarification from the court and the defendant, commissioner of the Social Security Administration, what exactly do they want her to redact? Do they want her to redact numerical gibberish, numbers that are invalid and were never assigned or the numbers, that were stolen from the deceased individuals? Please advise.”

UNBELIEVABLE!

So after twice more publishing the same SSN she was directed by the court to redact she followed her motion for clarification up with yet another “Motion for Default Judgment”  on 6/7/11 where she publishes the SSN again three more times.

She finishes that motion with:

“Evidence, provided in the complaint, first amended complaint and this motion show, that we have and individual with a forged birth certificate and an invalid Social Security number usurping the position of the President of the United States and the Commander-in-Chief by virtue of use of forged and fraudulently obtained vital records. This is the most serious breach of the U.S. national security since the creation of this nation. The interest of protection of the public require urgent resolution of the case at hand.
12. There will be no detriment to the defendant Commissioner of the Social Security administration, Michael Astrue, or Mr. Obama if the default judgment is entered and the required application is released, as one cannot be harmed by release of the application to an invalid Social Security number.
13. There is a high likelihood of further stone walling and aiding and abetting Mr. Obama by the US attorneys’ office and Department of Justice, led by Obama appointee Attorney General Eric Holder, representing the Defendant, as prior criminal complaints on the matter by the Plaintiff and thousands of U.S. citizens went unanswered.
14. There is no other remedy, that would provide the information and the document in question.
15. Privacy interests do not attach to release of invalid document.
16. Balancing the hardships will unquestionably tip the scale in favor of granting this motion for default judgment and ordering the Social Security administration to provide to the Plaintiff the original application to the social security number XXX-XX-XXX.” (Redacted by CIP)

Since Judge Lamberth’s order on 6/2/11 directing Orly to redact her public filings, instead of doing as directed, she has at this point submitted two more filings filled with even more unredacted SSN’s. And without having received any response to those two additional filings, on 6/11/11 she posted this:

“Taitz v Astrue redacted first amended complaint and redacted complaint FedExed today
Posted on June 11, 2011 No Comments”

Now, as Michael Astrue pointed out, According to Federal rules to civil procedure “Unless the court orders otherwise, in an electronic or paper filing with the court that contains an individual’s social-security number . . . a party or nonparty making the filing may include only the last four digits of the social-security number.” “Here”  is a link to the pdf of her “redacted complaint”, if anyone is interested in reading it or seeing for themselves, but I shit you not, this is how she redacted the SSN’s from her complaints: (Note: the thick black lines are the unredacted portions, that I redacted, the last 4 are Orly's redaction)

I’m sorry; I just don’t believe that anyone can truly be that fucking stupid! When these three filings land on Judge Lamberth’s desk, and I’m hoping it will be tomorrow, there is no telling what he may do. He could hold Orly in contempt of court because clearly she is, regardless of whether it’s been done out of sheer ignorance, or blatant defiance. IMO both apply to Taitz’s actions, and if that’s the case I hope he throws her sorry ass in jail where she belongs. Other options could include sanctioning and fines, but she’s already been sanctioned and fined and that didn’t seem to faze her. Then there’s always being disbarred, which she certainly deserves, but I doubt that would even stop her.

Jail time might work!

Orly Taitz Defies Logic

It appears that she has turned her latest failure into a “Check Mate”. Rather than admit to her flying monkeys that she has failed yet again, she posted this:

“I never played chess, but I believe this is called a check-mate. Order by judge Wilkinson from Hornbeck v Salazar and evidence of forgery of Obama’s BC is in front of judges of the 9th Circuit”

Technically that statement makes no kind of sense what so ever. But neither does what follows. With no explanation she flies right into a new case filing in Barnett v Obama:

On May 11, 2011 Judge Joseph Wilkinson in Eastern District of Louisiana issued an order granting leave of court to file my Reply to opposition to intervene in case 10-1663 Hornbeck v Salazar. (Exhibit 1)_Reply and exhibits were filed. Decision regarding motion to intervene was issued on May 12, 2011. (Exhibit 2) This order and exhibits bear vital importance in the case at hand and show the following:
Other courts and districts refrain from deciding the issue of Barack Obama’s legitimacy for US presidency, relying on the 9th Circuit to make a determination in this matter.
Exhibits provided in Hornbeck v Salazar, particularly sworn affidavit of typographic and scanning machines expert, Mr. Douglas Vogt, provide irrefutable proof that Mr. Obama indeed posted on the official site White House.gov a forgery and not a true and correct copy of an original birth certificate, issued in 1961.
This fraud and uttering of a forged birth certificate, along with invalid Social Security number, by an individual occupying the position of the President and commander in chief of the US military, is so egregious and represents such a clear danger to US National Security, that this issue needs to be decided in the most expedient matter and appeal should be granted expeditiously.
I believe that the forgery, submitted by Mr. Obama, possibly included a birth certificate number, originally issued to one Virginia Sunahara, born August 4, 1961 in Wahaina hospital and transferred to Kapiolani hospital, due to medical complications, and deceased at Kapiolani and around August 5, 1961. In addition to vital records for Mr. Obama, previously requested in this complaint, I am requesting a court order of discovery of vital records of deceased Virginia Sunahara, as well as birth certificate for Mr. Obama’s half sister, Maya Soetoro, believed to be issued under statute 338-17 for a foreign born child of a Hawaiian resident.

Well, we can see she acknowledged that the decision in Hornbeck v Salazar has been issued, but she never makes comment on it being denied. Instead she’s apparently telling the 9th District court that all the other courts are refraining from ruling on her allegations of Obama’s “Illegitimacy”, not because it’s ludicrous, but because they are all relying on the 9th District to do it. I think that somehow she must believe that since she had the opportunity to show all her “evidence” at the hearing it has all somehow solidified into “undeniable proof”.

Well let’s look at some of her “Proof”, and just how it is that she gets all this proof. 1st she has some guy by the name of Douglas Vogt who she claims is an expert. On April 28th she posted this:

She not only solicited on the Internet for “ANYONE” to help her, she also wrote the outline of the affidavit she wanted them to submit. She has no friggin clue who this Vogt guy is. For all she knows he’s really an “Obot Spy” feeding her exactly the kind of BS she wants so she can go forth and make a complete fool of herself. If that’s the case, it worked beautifully! (As it has so many times before because she doesn’t have the brainpower to check or actually verify anything, nor does she have the desire to do so if what she finds goes along with what she wants to find)

And we know without a doubt that she committed fraud, and or was an accomplice in fraud and identity theft in obtaining that Selective Service document she’s been plastering everywhere, as well as the Clearinghouse documents. As far as the SS#, she had two “investigators” who gave the same information, but they both got it from the same UNREALIABLE source, and it has never been verified by any other “source”.

It is possible however that she is starting to get more paranoid that Obots are closing in on her. When she posted “her version” of the Hornbeck v Salazar hearing she commented on Fogbow Obot Butterfly Bildeberg spying on her in the courtroom. And today she posted this:

“I need a picture of this New Orleans IRS attorney, Mitzi Torri. I believe, she posts under the name “Butterfly Bielderberg” and Georgetown JD on subversive site “Fogbow” and she was at my court hearings.”

The runaround she was given over her “not for profit” was probably because she fucked that up just like she does everything else. No surprise there. As for the “attack on her license” with the CA Bar, well I’m pretty sure she won’t have that to worry about much longer. I’m sure the Obots have that well in hand.

She’s her own worst enemy and she doesn’t have a clue. She’s also been bragging that when she Googles “Orly Taitz” she NOW gets nearly 2 million hits! Unfortunately for her 1.9 million of them are links to posts just like this one.

HORNBECK v SALAZAR, et al. v Orly Taitz

Hornbeck v Salazar was a case filled last year after the gulf oil disaster to challenge the legality of the Federal Government’s 6-month moratorium on deepwater drilling. Now in reality, what that has to do with the price of tea in Birfistan I’m not sure. Evidently one morning as Orly was having an in-depth breakfast conversation with her bowl of Froot Loops she decided that she should intervene in that court case. So on 3/28/11 Orly filed her “Motion to Intervene”.

“Intervener asserts that she possesses documents and knowledge, which would expeditiously resolve current action and multiple similar actions around the nation. Such documents will clearly show that the current stalemate in this case is intentional and part of a wider scheme and her intervention will help to stop continuous de-facto harassment and destruction of the U.S. oil and gas industry by Obama administration. Without such knowledge, facts and evidence this case will stay in limbo, as it was for nine months now with continuous stonewalling and delays of drilling, which will continue indefinitely, while Barack Obama is in office.”

Of course those documents she possesses are all of same ole lame ole “birfer” and “after-birfer” documents she’s been waving around the courts like a mad woman.

“Plaintiff-intervener suffered similar financial damages due to abuse of authority, which was experienced by the Plaintiff in this case. Intervener asserts that her damages as well as damages of the Plaintiff in this case are governed and related to the same legal principals, which would show fully upon discovery in this case, that Secretary Salazar, defendant herein, had no legal authority by either Mr. Salazar of Mr. Obama to issue orders that detrimentally affect the plaintiff, the Intervener-Plaintiff”

The financial damage she suffered was to be fined and sanctioned for her arrogant courtroom ignorance, how is that even close to any of the legal principles of this case? She continues with page after page outlining her allegations that are as usual more full of shit than a Christmas turkey, but that’s never stopped her before.

“Additionally, as an attorney who brought forward information incriminating Barack Obama and negating legitimacy of his administration, and as an attorney representing members of the military, questioning legitimacy of Obama, Taitz was subjected to persecution, sanctions, harassment, and defamation. As such, she has direct, substantial and legally protectable interest in this litigation. Her participation will allow for expedient resolution of this litigation and will allow for resolution of the protectable legal interests of both the Plaintiff and the Intervener Plaintiff. Taitz believes that all of the injuries, sustained by her, as well as injuries sustained by the Plaintiff are a part of one scheme.”

Persecution, sanctions, harassment, and defamation? And rightfully so I say, for anyone who is so thick that they can’t see what an absolute ass they make of themselves.

“Wherefore:
1. Taitz respectfully seeks a leave of court to join the action at hand as an intervener.
2. Taitz seeks a declaratory relief deeming Obama not eligible to issue any executive orders, sign bills or perform any functions of the President or Commander in Chief due to ineligibility.
3. Taitz seeks a declaratory relief deeming Ken Salazar, secretary of the Interior, not eligible to perform any functions as a Secretary of the Interior, as his appointment as the Secretary of the interior was not legitimate, as an appointment of the ineligible President.
4. Taitz is seeking a declaratory relief that Presidential eligibility is not a political question, but a legal question, to be decided by the district court as a federal law question based on Article 2 question 1 of the U.S. Constitution.”

I swear she’s nucking futz! She’s asking a federal court to declare Obama ineligible to hold the office of POTUS, and a federal court can do no such thing. Something she might know if she’d ever read the Constitution of United States.

The government responded with an “Opposition to the Motion” saying:

“Finally, the main action in this case does not have a “question of law or fact” in common with Ms. Taitz’s putative challenge to the country of birth of the President. The allegations, statutory bases, factual evidence, and expert witnesses in the two matters would be completely different. In fact, Ms. Taitz’s challenge has nothing to do at all with the now-expired moratorium on deepwater drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. On this ground alone, Ms. Taitz’s motion to intervene should be denied.”

Well somehow a motion “hearing” was granted. But Orly considered that to mean she was being granted an “Oral Argument”. She posted:

“Great news!!! I was granted oral argument in yet another case, in New Orleans. If you are my supporter in LA or neighboring state, call me at 949-683-5411”

“I was granted an oral argument on my motion for a leave of court to join an ongoing case HornBeck v Salazar. This case revolves around Obama administration’s capricious actions in imposing moratorium on drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, and after the District Judge ordered to lift the moratorium, Obama regime is de facto refusing to comply with the order by refusing to grant drilling permits.”

“Keep in mind, there are no guarantees in anything, but the fact of the matter is, that the courts refused to grant any oral arguments for 2 years. Just getting an oral argument and being able to air these issues in open court is an achievement in itself. I can’t guarantee that my appeal in the 9th circuit will be granted, I can’t guarantee that my motion in Louisina will be granted, but these are very important steps in today’s environment, when oil prices are skyrocketing and americans are burried in mounting debt. I can guarantee one thing- I will keep fighting, until I will win, until this complete fraud and illegitimkate usurper is kicked out of the White House and until he and his accomplices are criminally prosecuted for this unprecedented Social Security fraud, elections fraud and treason against the people of the United States of America. Please, spread the word and support my effords”

Well anyone with a lick of common sense could guarantee that the motions would NOT be granted. It’s really a shame that a person can’t be “criminally prosecuted” for terminal stupidity. She’d get life in a padded room!

Lucky for us, Expert Obot spies were on the case, and thanks to Fogbow’s “Butterfly Bilderberg” and “Realist” we have an eye witness account of the entire event.

HORNBECK v SALAZAR (E.D. LA) SUMMARY OF MOTION TO INTERVENE HEARING OF ORLY TAITZ HELD 5-11-11

Taitz’s version of the events were a little different:

“Posted on May 12, 2011 Yesterday I had a an oral argument in Hornbeck v Salazar. This case deals with the fact that Obama administration de facto destroyed oil and gas industry in the gulf of Mexico by placing a moratorium and later, when the federal judge placed an injunction on the moratorium, Obama regime contimued destroying the oil and gas industry by refusing to grant drilling permits. Most of the rigs left the region and moved to Brazil. Recently Obama visited Brazil and congratuled them on their offshore deep water drilling and stated that US will be their biggest customer, showing him as the the most antiAmerican president this nation ever saw.
My argument was that the damages suffered in the case at hand were rooted in the same problem: antiAmerican usurper in the White House, who got there by virtue of fraud and use of a forged birth certificate and invalid Social Security number, issued to another individual in another state.
While it was a really long shot, I was able to get an oral argument. For the first time in U.S. history I was able to get into the official court record, a historic record of the Federal District court sworn expert affidavits, attesting to the fact that an individual occupying the position of the U.S. president, is there by virtue of forgery. this is a serious criminal offense, for which Obama needs to be removed from office immediately and criminally prosecuted.
I will get a copy of the oral argument and will post it as well.
Presiding magistrate judge Joseph Wilkinson let me speak for about 10-12 minutes.
Assistant US attorney Carl Mansfield spoke after me and later David Rosenblum, attorney for Hornbeck offshore industries.
Mansfield just submitted on the pleadings and Rosenblum stated that he did not oppose my intervention and did not file an opposition.
While previously judges tried to keep this matter quiet, now they allow oral argument. I, also, noticed that before judges would keep all the ObamaFraudGate cases to the end, so that other attorneys and spectators don’t hear and don’t know those cases even exist. Judge Wilkinson did the opposite. He let me speak first. This way all the attorneys in this full courtroom could hear my argument and would go to their fims and report, that they heard reports, expert affidavits of forgery in Obama’s birth certificate, evidence that Obama is using an invalid Social Security number, whch was never issued to him.”

I seriously doubt any competent attorney would consider anything she produced as even remotely sane, but I’ll bet they all went back to their law firms and reported on the spectacle she made of herself. They’re probably still laughing!

“As the Assistant US attorney Mansfield entered the courtroom, I handed him my reply brief and could see him reading it and reviewing the evidence. I could see that he was not a happy camper, he loooked like he just swollowed a dead rat. When his turn came to speak, he didn’t say anything, he just said that he submits on the pleadings. I felt bad for him. it must not be pleasant, to be an assistant US attorney in a case, which shows, that his boss, occupying the position of the president, is using forged documents.”

More likely he was speechless at her profound ignorance.

"Judge Wilkinson asked me, what happened in Carter’s court. i explained that originally Judge Carter stated on the record that there ios juridiction in his court, later when Obama’s defense firm attorney was placed as his clerk, Carter changed his position and suddenly decided that there is no jurisdiction. I responded that i could not provide all this evidence in the 9th circuit, as Obama released his BC only 2 working days before the hearing, I did not have an ecxpert opinion yet and I was limited in time and in what was part of the case in the District court.
I was able to argue the issue of the Social Security fraud, Selective Service certificate fraud and forged BC.
One of pro-obama operatives was there. they always come to my hearings. This woman goes by a pseudonim Butterfly Bildeberg. She is one of a group of attorneys, posting on pro-Obama web sites, attacking patriots and helipng Obama in cover up of his SS fraud and elections fraud. Next to her name on fogbow there is a drawing of a beautiful young woman with a butterfly covering her mouth. She looked completely different from the drawing. She looked about mid fifties, short statute, about 5′2″-5′3″, she looked husky, wide build. she reminded me of Elena Kagan, but with darker and a bit longer hair. She was talking to the the US attorney Mansfield and it appeared they knew each other. Most of these attorneys attacking us, work for the federal government: US attorney’s office or as clerks in different courts.”

Well she was really tooting her horn there, but alas, “Motion Denied”

Orly Taitz’s Big Day In Court

Well Orly finally got to have her big oral argument in court. She is rejoicing in the fact that she got through her entire argument without a single interruption form any of the three judges.

She arrived late, as usual, according to the Fogbow Obot spies who arrived in plenty of time to get good seats and live blog the event for the rest of us. And an outstanding job they did too. The entire thread can be read at Fogbow “Here”  and I must say it was very entertaining.

Here is the video of the entire event. The video is nearly an hour long but it’s worth taking notice that the judges frequently interrupted co birfer attorney Kreep and defense attorney DeJute by asking multiple questions. Possibly because they understood that with these two they could simply ask a question and receive a coherent response actually related to the question asked. But watch the expressions of the Judges when Orly gets up there. It’s easy to see that the Judges knew ahead of time what they would be dealing with and knew full well that nothing coherent was going to come out of Orly’s mouth. It was much easier just to ignore her while she rambled her time away. And that’s exactly what they did.

Of course with Orly logic, being ignored by the entire panel of judges meant that she “musta done good”. She posted:

“The judges were pleasant and polite. They seemed to understand that there is a problem with lack of vetting and that there was an abuse of judicial discretion, however there is no way of knowing. We’ll have to wait and see”

Now, where do you suppose she got the idea that the Judges understood, or even acknowledged a single word she said? The only real exchange was at the beginning when she was fretting about the clock being re-set and the Judge finally said “The clock will start when you start talking. Now, 1...2...3 GO.” Well that, and at the end when she was told she was out of order. But other than that, there was not a single comment from any of them.

But hay, she was in full glory, she was famous and went on a roll plastering all the headlines across her website. She must have gotten a little distressed though that Obama was getting more Google hits for the killing of Osama bin Laden than she was for making an ass of herself in court. So she jumped on the “Deather” bandwagon:

Reports of Bin Laden’s death came from a man, who is using:

3. lying about his education and whereabouts

1. I respectfully request access to the original 1961 birth certificate of Mr. Obama for me and my forensic document experts.
2. I request a clarification, whether a computer image presented by Mr. Obama as a true and correct copy of his birth certificate, was actually signed by you
2. If you indeed signed this document, what was used as the original? As it does not resemble the original documents from 1961, did you use a notation in archives as an abstract and the basis for creating this “document”.

Justice For The American People

Finally, 10 years after the horrors of September 11, 2001 American forces have killed Osama bin Laden. When I heard the news I flashed back to that horrible day, a day no American will ever forget.

When the news broke at 8:46 AM that a plane had hit the World Trade Center, my first reaction was to think it had been a horrible accident. Seventeen minutes later when the South Tower was hit I was paralyzed with disbelief. The entire country was paralyzed watching this horror that was unfolding right before our eyes. It was a day that solidified what it meant to be an American, and it was a day that a united America cried.

The petty squabbles, partisan politics, bigotry, racism and the like that have always plagued this country suddenly didn’t matter any more. We were all one, and we were under attack. I was so proud to see the way this country came together in the weeks following that vicious attack in which nearly 3000 innocent lives were lost. And now after all these years of fighting our brave forces have defeated the enemy that organized the attack against us.

To all of our soldiers on the battlefields, to our intel officials, and to the brave SEALs that stormed that compound not knowing if they’d come back alive, I salute you. And I salute President Obama for having the intelligence, the patience, and the guts to make it happen.

It’s a bit ironic really, the solidarity we as Americans felt after those attacks seemed to be quickly forgotten when we as a country elected the first black President. For most of us it was a great step forward for this country. But many who had so briefly put aside their pettiness and bigotry were enraged at the thought of a black man as POTUS. After all he wasn’t just a black man, but one with a funny name and a Muslim father. All they could see was BLACK and MUSLIM.

Shame.

Every American in this country has been waiting for ten years to see Osama bin Laden eliminated after that horrific attack. Most people see a great victory for this country in bin Laden’s departure from this world. But because we have a black President, rather than bask in the glory of this great victory, it seems that some have reverted to their bigotry, partisan politics, and racism. There are those in this country that will never acknowledge anything Obama does, but will damn sure criticize every breath the man takes. Even though this black man with the funny name has accomplished in two years what the white guy from Texas couldn’t do in eight. Obviously for some, hatred will always be much more powerful than patriotism.

Way to go Mr. President!

Obama Discusses The Release Of His Long Form BC With Oprah

Again he mentions “Carnival Barkers” and that does just about sum up Birther Circus Clowns like Orly Taitz, Donald Trump and the like. As badly as Tin Foil Taitz wants people to believe her quest is a matter of “national security” and as often as she has claimed she has “Obama running scared” with all her “evidence”, the truth is she, and her “quest” are probably the biggest jokes at the circus.

Now she’s on a mad desperate mission to prove that the long form BC Obama presented yesterday is a nothing but a Photoshopped forgery. She is clamoring on her website and broadcasting for ANYONE with Photoshop experience to send her an affidavit saying so she can use it as yet more “proof” of fraud. (And by the way, she needs it damn fast because she’s going to court on Monday)

She’s also apparently wearing out the Google button on her Internet browser grasping for straws. Her panic is quite evident in the most recent post on her site.

“there are over a 100.000 articles like these in the last 24 hours posted on Google. People want to know the truth, no photoshopped piece of garbage, flaunted by Obama yesterday, will quash the truth”

Orly, you’re pathetic. The real “truth” has quashed you and proven your mad hunt to remove a sitting president to be nothing more than the insignificant ravings of a mad woman.

Orly Taitz Batshit Crazier Than Ever

The release of Obama’s Long Form birth certificate seems to have knocked Orly for a loop. Of course her first reaction, to no one’s surprise was to question its authenticity. Her second reaction was to re-direct the focus and keep moving, also to no one’s surprise. She appeared in an interview last night with Lawrence O’Donnell on MSNBC with puffy eyes, and appearing emotionally unstable.

I have a feeling that this grilling is nothing compared to what will happen to her on Monday when she takes those illegally obtained documents to court and starts her double talking bullshit in front of the judge in Barnet/Keys v Obama. Orly Taitz is obviously extremely disturbed, and nothing but a LOT of therapy and serious doses medication will help her, if there is any hope for help at all.

After the interview she went back to her website and posted:

“Lawrence O’Donnell, a new putz on Nazi MSNBC, tells me to “go play with Donald Trump”, after he could not get a grip of the notion that a person with a valid BC from HI does not need to resort to using an invalid Social Security number form CT.”

Exactly Orly, but it’s not O’Donnell that cannot get a grip. You couldn’t get a grip on reality if it walked up and bit you on the ass.

No Orly, what you showed was evidence of the fraud YOU committed in illegally obtaining those documents that don’t prove shit about Obama.

I’m not sorry to say that I have no pity for her what so ever, and if she ends up being dragged from the courtroom on Monday, either in handcuffs or more likely a straight jacket, I will laugh my ass off. In my opinion she is nothing but an obnoxious hateful racist bitch that doesn’t give a shit about anyone except herself, nor has she ever cared who she has to shit on to get what she wants.

She’s already been sanctioned and fined $20,000 by Judge Land for her incredible arrogance, her ignorance of the law and court procedure, and her continual frivolous court filings.

So yes, Monday will be very interesting indeed.

Obama Releases The Long Form Holy Grail

Will this satisfy the Queen of Birfer insanity? Not a chance! Still no words from the nitrous huffing little bat on her blog, but whenever she surfaces, my guess is she’ll come out with both wings flapping.

"Look, I applaud this release. I think it's a step in the right direction," so-called "birther queen" Orly Taitz told me in one of her many media interviews this morning. "I credit Donald Trump in pushing this issue."
But she still has her suspicions. Specifically, Taitz thinks that the birth certificate should peg Obama's race as "Negro" and not "African."
"In those years ... when they wrote race, they were writing 'Negro' not 'African'," Taitz says. "In those days nobody wrote African as a race, it just wasn't one of the options. It sounds like it would be written today, in the age of political correctness, and not in 1961 when they wrote white or Asian or 'Negro'."

No surprise there. In a CNN interview earlier this week Anderson Cooper shredded the “born in Kenya” theory with this:

Of course that enraged Orly, as does everyone and every thing that does not agree with her. On April 25th she plastered her website with:

“Please, write to Ken Jautz, President of CNN US, demand firing of member of “Journalist” hate group Jeffrey Toobin from the position of senior CNN legal analyst.”

Governor Jan Brewer pissed her off also by going on CNN and making the statement that Birthers have become a huge distraction and that indeed Obama was born in Hawaii.

To which Orly replied:

“Read the article and watch the video in the link. Jan Brewer showed herself even more corrupt than anyone could imagine”

So again we see, that she will fling batshit at anyone and everyone that crosses her and her batshit crazy agenda.

I really just can’t wait to see the fool she’s about to make of herself over this. All of her claims in all of her lawsuits, and all of her (so-called) research just flew right out of the bat cave. Her primary claim is that Obama’s SS# is stolen because he was never born here and couldn’t legally obtain one of his own. Well, now that he’s proven he was born here, by producing the very proof she has been after for 2 years, her allegation of SS theft has turned out to be just as full of shit as she is.

That won’t stop her though, and come May 2nd when she goes to court in Barnett v Obama we might just have us a real batshit crazy showdown!
