Another RWNJ Creationist

Jack Kingston, Republican Congressman from GA claims to have come from God, not from a monkey.

He stated:

“I don’t believe that a creature crawled out of the sea and became a human being in one day”.

Well, actually I don’t believe it happened in “one day” either. I’m sure it took considerably longer than that. But neither do I believe that a magic spirit came down from the sky, gathered a pile of dust, blew on it and “Poof” it came alive. But hay, each to their own!

I wonder though, if he doesn’t believe that monkeys can evolve, how do you suppose he explains this?

According to Orly Taitz……

The Obama eligibility issue, according to Orly and other birthers, is the biggest issue in this country and the single most important thing on the minds of “millions of people”. Now, if that were true you would expect that Obama would be barraged with questions about his eligibility at his YouTube Town Hall Meeting on Thursday. However, that was not the case. The top most popular questions were about the legalization of marijuana and the end to pot prohibition. Imagine that!

From the HP:

“Following his 2011 State of the Union address, President Obama asked the public to submit questions for an exclusive YouTube Interview that will take place on Thursday January 27. The "Ask Obama" forum promises to take questions from the American people on the issues they find most important in terms of national policy.
The people have spoken, and the message is loud and clear: the top 100 most popular questions (193,000 were submitted) are on marijuana reform and the harms of drug prohibition, with the first-place question coming from a former police officer who has first-hand experience with the failure of these policies. The questions dominating the forum deal with marijuana legalization, prohibition-related violence, and the fiscal and human consequences of mass incarceration. The American people want to know why our country is continuing the failed, catastrophic policy of drug prohibition.
Several of the most popular questions also address why our elected leaders have virtually ignored these important issues. This is not the first time marijuana legalization and drug reform have dominated the response to Obama's call for questions. There were similar results in both 2009 and 2010 when people asked Obama about ending prohibition and using science instead of politics to guide our drug policies. In 2009, Obama's response was to laugh off the question about taxing and controlling marijuana. In 2010, Obama ignored the questions, despite the questions dominating in quantity and quality.”

Poor Orly, looks like the American people have spoken and her big important “Birther Movement” has become nothing more a tired old “BM” swirling the drain when it comes to really important issues, like pot.

I grew up in the 70’s, and just about everyone I knew smoked pot at one time or the other back in the day, including me. Though I admit to being something of a lightweight as compared to some, and pretty much a wuss altogether when it came to other drugs. But the “marijuana movement” so to speak has seemed to hold it’s own going full steam ahead over the last 30 – 40 years.

Recent headlines reflect the change in attitudes lately in regard to pot. I had a good laugh reading one story from the Missoulan, which had a headline: "Missoula District Court: Jury pool in marijuana case stages “mutiny”

“A funny thing happened on the way to a trial in Missoula County District Court last week.
Jurors – well, potential jurors – staged a revolt.
They took the law into their own hands, as it were, and made it clear they weren’t about to convict anybody for having a couple of buds of marijuana. Never mind that the defendant in question also faced a felony charge of criminal distribution of dangerous drugs.
The tiny amount of marijuana police found while searching Touray Cornell’s home on April 23 became a huge issue for some members of the jury panel.
No, they said, one after the other. No way would they convict somebody for having a 16th of an ounce.
In fact, one juror wondered why the county was wasting time and money prosecuting the case at all, said a flummoxed Deputy Missoula County Attorney Andrew Paul.”

The truth is that people have always used marijuana, and while I will agree that other drugs can be potentially harmful, I personally don’t see the harm in marijuana. In December of 2008 Discovery did a story on “The oldest Marijuana Stash Found”  Where they uncovered a 2,700-year-old grave in the Gobi Desert that contained a stash of nearly 2 pounds of nicely cultivated and still green pot.

“A barrage of tests proves the marijuana possessed potent psychoactive properties and casts doubt on the theory that the ancients only grew the plant for hemp in order to make clothing, rope and other objects.
They apparently were getting high too.”

One other possibility is that throughout history it has not just used for its psychoactive properties, but very possibly for it’s analgesic properties. Today we have legal medical marijuana use in many states for that very reason.

Pharmaceutical companies are also jumping on the cannabinoid bandwagon. Hay, anything to make a buck, right? Why grow it for free if you can pay a drug company big bucks to make it into a pill. In June 2010 “GW Pharmaceuticals”  finally won UK approval for its new drug “Sativex”, a drug derived directly from the cannabis plant.

It’s true that the war on drugs in this country has not only probably been the longest war the US has ever fought, but a hell of an expensive failure. According to a 2005 report on the “Budgetary Implications of Marijuana Prohibition in the US”

“Replacing marijuana prohibition with a system of taxation and regulation similar to that used for alcoholic beverages would produce combined savings and tax revenues of between $10 billion and $14 billion per year, finds a June 2005 report by Dr. Jeffrey Miron, visiting professor of economics at Harvard University.”
Chief among the endorsing economists are three Nobel Laureates in economics: Dr. Milton Friedman of the Hoover Institute, Dr. George Akerlof of the University of California at Berkeley, and Dr. Vernon Smith of George Mason University.
Dr. Miron's paper, "The Budgetary Implications of Marijuana Prohibition," concludes:
**Replacing marijuana prohibition with a system of legal regulation would save approximately $7.7 billion in government expenditures on prohibition enforcement -- $2.4 billion at the federal level and $5.3 billion at the state and local levels.”
**Revenue from taxation of marijuana sales would range from $2.4 billion per year if marijuana were taxed like ordinary consumer goods to $6.2 billion if it were taxed like alcohol or tobacco.”

And this report is 6 years old. Imagine what the numbers would be now.

For me the most shocking event of late in the war on pot prohibition was seeing the headline that “Christian Coalition founder Pat Robertson”  came out in favor of marijuana legalization.

"We're locking up people that have taken a couple puffs of marijuana and next thing you know they've got 10 years with mandatory sentences," Robertson continued. "These judges just say, they throw up their hands and say nothing we can do with these mandatory sentences. We've got to take a look at what we're considering crimes and that's one of 'em.
"I'm ... I'm not exactly for the use of drugs, don't get me wrong, but I just believe that criminalizing marijuana, criminalizing the possession of a few ounces of pot, that kinda thing it's just, it's costing us a fortune and it's ruining young people. Young people go into prisons, they go in as youths and come out as hardened criminals. That's not a good thing."

I nearly had to get the smelling salts after reading that one.

Anyway, my bet is that pot will be legalized long before Orly gets her hands on Obama’s long form. (HA!)

OMG, can you just imaging Orly stoned? “No, NO, NO! Let me finnnisssh! You have to let me…. Uh… What was I saying??? No, No wait, I know!

Actually, she does that now!

Orly Taitz Goes Dumpster Diving Once Again

Orly goes digging through the trash only to re-hash the same ole same ole shit that has long since been dumped in the heap, just like all of her court cases. This time it’s the one about Obama’s alleged involvement in the murder of a gay church choir director. The story she posted was from a wingnut website called “Fellowship of the Minds”  and was published last July.

Of course the (so-called) proof that Obama was indeed a gay crack head comes from one of Taitz’s own most reliable witnesses, Larry Sinclair. You know, the same Larry Sinclair that turned on Taitz and filed an affidavit with the courts  telling how she suborned perjury from him. It seems that Larry knows all about Obama’s gay sex life and he claims to have personally given Obama Oral sex in the back of a Chicago Limo.

Sinclair even went so far as to accept a challenge to take a lie detector test to prove his allegations. And when he failed the lie detector test , he ultimately claimed that Obots fixed the test. (Right!)

Orly has also posted an article from early December regarding the impeachment of Federal Judge G. Thomas Porteous, and she states:

Posted on January 20, 2011 No Comments
Part of the problem is that one of the pilars of this tyranny is Judicial corruption. Please, report to the House of Representatives of Congress corruption in the federal judiciary. You can report to the state assemblies judicial corruption in state courts. This is a threat to anybody. I am an example of how a regime can use criminals like Lisa Liberi in filing frivolous legal actions and how innocent people can be harassed by such actions by criminals and how federal judges can aid and abet this harassment by lying about fact amd law and refusing to dismiss frivolous law suits. This a form of intimidation. You can find web sites like InProPerin LA, Hall of Shame, LawlessInAmerica. In any tyranny, in any police state, in any regime for an attorney to be successful, he had to be dishonest, without conscience. It scares me.
As I see more and more corruption, outright lying by judges, abuse of their authority, obstrucion of justice in the courts by clerks, by court reporters, I realize how bad things are, how much work we have ahead of us. You can’t be silent. When people were silent, they ended up in the gas chambers in Buchenwald and Treblinka. Shockingly, in Nazi Germany there were courts, there were judges. As people were loaded on the freight trains and sent to their death in concentration camps, most of German citizens thought that they had a system of justice. Men and women wearing black robes, hiding black soles were looking the other way at best, or aiding and abeting the tyranical regime at worst. That is what is happening today in this country and it is getting worse. I can see an assault mounted on Sarah Palin, on beacons of free speech like Mark Levine, like Rush Limbaugh, on tea party. You can see brain dead lackeys of the regime in the media lashing out on dissidents. I can see intellectuals and civil rights attorneys living the country and living in exile and working from Europe and other countries around the world to end this tyranny.

So if you use “Orly Logic” you can quickly conclude without a second thought that because one Judge that has absolutely nothing to do with her or any of her cases is guilty of anything, it is proof positive that ALL judges are guilty of conspiring against her. I think the real bottom line here is that she is making a lame attempt at laying the groundwork to slander the next judge she’ll have to face in Liberi v Taitz. (That’s no surprise; she’s slandered every judge she’s ever faced!)

She goes on:

“Today, more than ever we need you, the patriots of this country to end this tyranny. We need you to hold your representatives accountable. Demand judicial committee hearing and removal from office of the illegal usurper who sits in the White house with some one else’s Connecticut social security number 042-xx-xxxx (redacted by CIP). Demand holding judges accountable, bringing them to the hearing of the judicial committee and impeaching ones who egregiously vio.ate the law and abuse their judicial discretion.
I will post later the pleadings that are being filed today in the Third Circuit court of Appeals.
We all know that part of the PsyOp used by the regime since the 60s is using the legal system, particularly federal judiciary to harass any dissidents, any patriots standing up to regime. Often, just as you see corrupt attorneys working as clerks for judges or aids for Congressmen and senators, you can also see corrupt attorneys supposedly helping patriots, but in reality hurting them. One always wonders, who is the real client of these attorneys.”

There she goes again, posting SS numbers. Isn’t that exactly what she is going to have to answer to for doing to Lisa Liberi on Feb 9 when Liberi v Taitz finally goes to court? I’m actually looking forward to that case. She did post Liberi’s SS# on multiple occasions, and her nemesis Berg has screen shots of those postings from her website. She will not squirm her way out of that so easily.

The California Civil Code states  (in part):

“Except as provided in this section, a person or entity may not do any of the following: (1) Publicly post or publicly display in any manner an individual’s social security number. "Publicly post" or "publicly display" means to intentionally communicate or otherwise make available to the general public.”

Not even her “Tasmanian Devil Spin” will get her out of that one. Of course she’ll probably claim that “if” she did post it, she didn’t mean to, and then start screaming that “that’s not the point anyway” spinning this all around into Lisa’s fault.

As for the “pleadings” she filed in the Third Circuit Court? On 1/4/11 the court sent a letter  to both Taitz and Berg stating simply:

“RE: Lisa Liberi v. Orly Taitz
Dear Counsel:
“Please discuss whether there is appellate jurisdiction to review the District Court’s Order in this case. See 15 Charles Alan Wright, Arthur R. Miller & Edward H. Cooper, Fed. Prac. & Proc. § 3855 (3d ed. 2007). Please respond in letter form, original and three copies, to be received in the Office of the Clerk on or before Thursday, January 20, 2011.”
Please file the responses to the Court's letter using the "response event" under the argument notices and acknowledgment category in CM/ECF."

Taitz’s reply was nearly 400 pages of double-talking bullshit. In part she said:

“Appellants find this letter by the court, questioning it’s own jurisdiction to be extremely troubling in light of Appellants’ detrimental reliance on this court’s 8.6.2010 decision. This court’s 1.4.2011 letter also, de facto, treats its own Justices, who decided that this court has jurisdiction, as incompetent. The Appellees write in their letter that the appeal is frivolous and asks for $25,000 sanctions. Considering the fact that this court already decided that the appeal is not frivolous, that there is jurisdiction, if suddenly this court decided to reverse its’ own prior ruling and decided that it did not have jurisdiction, it will be tantamount to this court deciding that its’ own actions are frivolous and this court needs to sanction itself.”

If anyone wants to read the entire thing, here it is:

Part 1 (87 pages)
Part 2 (88 pages)
Part 3 (102 pages)
Part 4 (103 pages)

Liberi v Taitz will be on February 9th, 2011, 2&1/2 weeks away. Keep ‘um cold and save one for Lisa!

Orly Taitz Tells Obama His White Half Is As Corrupt as His Black Half

And then says, “it’s not about race”? Orly Taitz posted her first racist letter to Obama on the Internet on January 13th, no doubt expecting to receive massive media glory for having the chutzpa to stand up to the horrible beast she believes him to be. Instead she was slammed around the world for being the bigot and a racist she is. No surprise there to anyone but Orly. Well that really pissed her off, so what does she do? She writes Obama another letter of course. This time putting both feet in her mouth, and then shoving them half way down her throat.

I swear I am truly amazed.

"Mr. Barack Hussein Obama
1600 Pennsylvania Ave
Washington DC
District of Columbia

Dear Mr. Obama,
After my 01.13.2011 open letter-challenge to you, an answer came from one of your surrogates, a media thug Bill Bowman. Bowman has written a couple of nasty articles in the “National Examiner” where he attacks me as a bigot and a racist, those articles were re-printed all over the world.

And a racist bigot you are!

"Well, every time when you Mr. Obama, do not have an answer on the merits, you use some media scum to call opposition leaders racists and bigots? Why so? Probably, because you have no answer on the merits, so you resort to the old worn out charges of racism."

Of course the fact that there are no merits to any of her bullshit claims is completely irrelevant.

"Just to be perfectly clear sir, I believe that your white half is as corrupt as your black half. The issue is not in race, but in the massive Social Security and elections fraud, that you are perpetrating. Truth matters to America. Not George Soros’s “Media Matters for America, but Orly Taitz “Truth Matters for America”.

Orly Taitz wouldn’t know the truth if it walked up and bit her on the ass. Why doesn’t she just come out and call him a “no good nig#er half-breed” for Gawd’s sake!

"Your operatives in the media and judiciary are saying Obama was elected. Fete a compli, live with it.
Not so fast, sir. If a forger sells you a fake Rembrandt or Picasso, it is not fete a compli. As a victim, you have a recourse of restitution of monies taken from you by false pretenses. The DA can go after the thief and bring criminal charges."
"We are 309 million victims. Our Presidency was stolen from us by false pretenses by one, who got into the White house without a valid long form birth Certificate with the name of the doctor and hospital and signatures and without a valid social security number. The race of the perpetrator is not important, the crime is important. When you presented your candidacy for presidency, 60 million Americans or about 20% of the population cast their vote for you under false pretenses, believing fraudulent statements of eligibility. This is not a legitimate electoral victory, it is a theft by false pretenses. This is not a race-gate, this is ObamaFraudGate, which is much bigger, than the Watergate."

Correction, I guess she meant to make that “no good LYING nig#er half-breed”. The only thing I can think of bigger than Watergate is Orly’s fucking mouth.

"The media named me the “Queen of the Birthers” and the leader of the Birther movement. But what is a birther? It is a person, who is asking legitimate questions? “Why is a person without a valid SS number of his own and without a valid long form BC is allowed to reside in the White House as the President and Commander in Chief.” It is not only a right wing movement. It is right, left and center. My kingdom is growing. Any decent American, anyone who is not completely brain dead is asking: “why doesn’t he produce the papers? why don’t the courts hear the case?” Lately even the most leftist and liberal reporters like Chris Mathews of MSNBC and Jake Taper from ABC immigrated to my kingdom. If I am the Queen of the Birthers, what are you? How should we call you, an arrogant paper-less resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue? Should we call you the Sultan of fraudsters? The Pharaoh of Squatters? The King of Thieves?"

“Arrogant, Sultan of fraudsters, Pharaoh of squatters, King of thieves?” I swear she has snapped her cookies!

"While my Kingdom is growing and booming, your kingdom is shattered by the earthquakes of massive defections. Late night comedians of the Saturday Night Live, Jay Leno, David Letterman and Jimmy Kimmel are making fun of you."

Hay Orly, do you have any clue how much fun is made of your ignorant ass around the world on a daily basis?

"The latest came from Jimmy Kimmel: “what is the difference between Barack Obama and his dog Bo Obama?” the answer: ” Bo, the dog, has papers”. You made a mockery of the U.S. presidency. You are telling everyone to get along and show civility, while your surrogates in the media are attacking me and other leaders of the opposition, while the regime is exerting an undue influence on the judiciary."

No Orly, you are the one making a mockery. You mock this country with your blatant disrespect, with your racist hatred, and with the fact that you have no clue of what it means to be an American.

"You are telling everyone to be civil and sing Kumbaya, but the subliminal message is “Be quiet, don’t question me, don’t question my legitimacy”. Let me tell you sir, I came to the world of law from the world of medicine. I know that placing a bandage on a cancer lesion and looking the other way will not cure you from cancer. No, sir, the cancer will kill you, if you do not take a radical approach and do not remove the lesion."

I “really” hope the California Bar is reading this, as well as the FBI.

"Similarly, if the issue of your legitimacy or, should I say illegitimacy, to U.S. presidency is not resolved on the merits, it will destroy the U.S, presidency. It is a clear threat to US national security. It is a threat to our judiciary, as now there is an undue pressure on judges to use any means : legal or illegal to silence the opposition. It is a threat to our Constitutional rights. Decent Americans want to get out from under this spell. They want to know the truth and they want to know that we have a president with allegiance to the United States of America, and not any other country. They do not want to be in the bondage of darkness, of silence by intimidation, of silence imposed by the governmental authority, that is being misused, they want to be free. In short, they want to be Birthers.
So, here is a challenge from the Queen of Birthers to the King of Thieves “Let my people go!!!

Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ”

Who the fuck does she think she is, Moses? And where in the hell does she get the balls to sign this letter “Respectfully”?

Orly, why don’t you take your little birfer crown and carry your sorry racist ass back to Moldavia, or wherever it is you came from. You are a disgrace to this country, and an even bigger disgrace to the legal profession.

Racism Rears It’s Ugly Head In The Birferverse (Imagine That!)

After a perfect record of losing every single case birthers have ever filled against President Obama, and after being kicked to the curb by the SCOTUS, Orly Taitz writes a personal letter to what she no doubt considers to be the “Demon Black Muslim in Chief”. Her letter is a perfect example of her lack of knowledge of the US Constitution, her lack of knowledge of what is or is not legal evidence, as well as her blatant racism and bigotry.

"Dear Mr. Obama,
I listened to your speech in Arizona yesterday and took it to heart. I would like to work with you in restoring empathy, civility and honesty in this country.
So, let’s start! Civility starts with respect. Since you are occupying the position of the Commander- in- Chief, how about you starting with giving respect to the members of the U.S. military.”

Civility and respect both seem to be something Orly will never understand. Not when it comes to the law or courtroom behavior, as evidenced by the $20,000 fine and sanctions filled against her by Judge Land in Georgia.

“How about you starting with honesty and civility and empathy for a war hero, decorated U.S. army officer, veteran of operations in Afghanistan, Bosnia and Honduras, army surgeon Dr. LTC Lakin. Lieutenant colonel Lakin filed proper UCMJ Article 138 grievances and went to the highest ranks of the military and Congress with a simple question “How can I follow orders of Barack Hussein Obama, as a Commander in Chief, when he never offered any proper documents to show his legitimacy to US presidency, he never showed his original long form U.S. birth certificate with the name of the doctor and hospital and signatures.”

Article 138 does not give a solider the right to challenge the legitimacy of the POTUS. It is specifically for a solider to address grievances against their “active duty military commander”, and has no authority beyond that. So no, Lakin did not file a proper Article 138 complaint, but he did directly disobey military orders and is currently sitting right where he belongs, in Leavenworth. But it’s a waste of time to attempt to explain that to anyone that refuses to listen. Though I’m pretty sure Lakin understands it now. It’s also a waste of time to explain for the bazillionth time that Obama did release his legal birth certificate from the state of Hawaii.

“The state of HI statute 338-5 allows you to get a birth certificate based on a statement of one relative only, like your grandmother, who could have been lying and claiming that you were born here, while you were born in Kenya. Clearly, then your grandmother did not think that one day you will run for presidency. Lying and getting a phony HI birth certificate was simply a way to quickly get welfare benefits for you and your mother.”

“A grandmother who “could” have been lying to get welfare benefits”? And this bit; “Clearly then your grandmother did not think that one day you would run for presidency”. Of course, who would even think that some lowly bi-racial kid born is the 60’s would have the balls to even think of such a thing! Just how racist and bigoted is she willing to go?

Give me a break! Here is the exact text from the State of Hawaii, and it does not say anything about a grandmother, but specifies a legally authorized person in attendance, or “one” of the parents. Grandma can’t do it!

Ҥ338-5 Compulsory registration of births. Within the time prescribed by the department of health, a certificate of every birth shall be substantially completed and filed with the local agent of the department in the district in which the birth occurred, by the administrator or designated representative of the birthing facility, or physician, or midwife, or other legally authorized person in attendance at the birth; or if not so attended, by one of the parents.
The birth facility shall make available to the department appropriate medical records for the purpose of monitoring compliance with the provisions of this chapter. [L 1949, c 327, §9; RL 1955, §57-8; am L Sp 1959 2d, c 1, §19; HRS §338-5; am L 1988, c 149, §1]”

She goes on:

“Senior Deportation officer John Sampson provided a sworn affidavit, that the Social Security number you are using today in the White House 042-xx-xxxx (redacted by CIP) is a Connecticut social security number, that you could not legally obtain in HI. Multiple databases show that it was issued in 1977 to an elderly individual, born in 1890 in CT. At the time you resided in HI, nowhere near CT. Why are you instructing U.S. attorneys’ office to spend hundreds of thousands of taxpayers’ dollars in courts fighting me, instead of unsealing your Social Security application.? Why don’t you explain to American people, why you do not have a valid Social Security number of your own from HI, why are you sitting in our White House, using someone else’s social security number?”

Yes, multiple databases, Lexis Nexis and Choice Point. Both of which have been proven to produce inaccurate data. And Orly has been on a mad mission ever since chasing down some 120-year-old deceased person ever since who she claims is the rightful person to which that SS was assigned. But nowhere has she been able to point to any “legitimate” source of information to substantiate that this is in fact Obama’s SS#. That claim is nothing but pure hearsay from a proven unreliable source. (Which is probably why competent authorities ignore it) And the ironic thing is if it were Obama’s true SS#, she would be guilty of plastering his SS# all over the Internet, just as she did Lisa Liberi’s. And that is illegal! Of course that is neither here nor there as far as Orly is concerned.

“I was persecuted by your regime and fined $20,000 for daring to represent active members of the U.S. military, challenging your legitimacy and exercising their Constitutional right for redress of grievances.”

Dead horse, give it up.

“It is a testament to utter corruption in our government, Congress and Judiciary, that such massive fraud can go on for two years and nobody in the position of power has shown integrity and honesty and civility in saying enough is enough, let’s get to the bottom of it. If Obama is legitimate, he can serve and lecture us, if he is not, he needs to pack his bags and go, and the Nation will go to a SPECIAL ELECTION.”

Right, massive fraud committed by every single legal authority in this country. Figure the odds on that one. Here she clearly demonstrates that she has no clue what the Constitution of the US actually says yet she continually claims to be a “Constitutional Attorney”. (When she’s not claiming to be a Civil Rights attorney that is) If for any reason a sitting President is removed or unable to continue in the capacity of his office, we refer to the 25th Amendment to the Constitution, which states:

“In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.”

There would be no special election, and if Orly had ever actually read the constitution she might know that. One would think that she would be horribly embarrassed about not knowing simple constitutional facts that most 5th graders would know, but then again we are talking about our girl Orly.

“I submit to you sir, that this nation was never torn like this before. We never saw such discourse. The reason is not in Sarah Palin or Rush Limbaugh. The reason is you and your pathological lying. Every time you open your mouth and start speaking, you make most of this nation extremely angry, our collective blood pressure is going through the roof and even an army of cardiologist will not cure it. A Pantheon full of preachers will not pacify us. Legions of crooked judges and crooked U.S. attorneys will not subdue us.”

Gee Orly, don’t hold back, tell ‘um how you really feel! I wonder how many “real” lawyers in this country would call the POTUS a pathological liar, and his grandmother a lying welfare hog.

Of course as usual, any judge that rules against her is crooked. In her case that would be every single judge she has ever been in front of, including the one slapped her with a big ole whopping fine to boot her incompetence. She has taken her hearsay all the way to the Supreme Court, and where is she? Right back where she started with nothing but the same ole unsubstantiated allegations she started with.

“So, if you really want civility, empathy and honest dialog, why don’t you start with a drop of honesty in an ocean of your pathological lying.. Unseal all your records: your long form birth certificate, your Connecticut Social Security application, you claim you legally obtained, while residing in HI, your 1980-1981 passport, your Columbia University records, provide information on your Kenyan, British and Indonesian citizenship and so on. You lead the way and we will follow you.”

Can anyone tell me what the point would be for Obama to release anything to Orly or any of these birther yahoos? If he granted birthers access to everything they wanted they would still accuse him of lying and claim every document was a fraud or forgery. Then they would spin it all into conspiracy infinity! So, what’s the point!

She signed her letter:

Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq”

Sincerely? (Please!)

Now that she has plastered this letter all over the Internet she has gotten her drawers in a knot because the headlines are saying, “Orly Taitz shows her racist side” and they are all calling her a bigot.

Well? If the shoe fits!

Gabrielle Giffords Spoke About Sara Plain’s Crosshairs

Do I blame Sara Palin for this attack “personally”? No, but just like all the other rightwing politicians as well as bloggers, they do not understand how their hateful and sometimes violent rhetoric is misconstrued by the seriously mentally disturbed. And there's lots of mental defectives out there!

Ultimately Congresswoman Gifford and many others did suffer those consequences, some with their lives.

People need to stop stirring the crazy pot!

Homeland Security Report on Rightwing Extremism 2009

I found this report very interesting. The full text has been copied from the 10 page April 7, 2009 Homeland Security report on rightwing extremism. The original PDF can be viewed “here”.

(U//FOUO) Rightwing Extremism: Current
Economic and Political Climate Fueling
Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment
7 April 2009
(U) Prepared by the Extremism and Radicalization Branch, Homeland Environment Threat Analysis Division. Coordinated with the FBI.
(U) Scope
(U//FOUO) This product is one of a series of intelligence assessments published by theExtremism and Radicalization Branch to facilitate a greater understanding of the phenomenon of violent radicalization in the United States. The information is provided to federal, state, local, and tribal counterterrorism and law enforcement officials so they may effectively deter, prevent, preempt, or respond to terrorist attacks against the United States. Federal efforts to influence domestic public opinion must be conducted in an overt and transparent manner, clearly identifying United States Government sponsorship.
(U) Key Findings
(U//LES) The DHS/Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) has no specific information that domestic rightwing* terrorists are currently planning acts of violence, but rightwing extremists may be gaining new recruits by playing on their fears about several emergent issues. The economic downturn and the election of the first African American president present unique drivers for rightwing radicalization and recruitment.
— (U//LES) Threats from white supremacist and violent antigovernment groups during 2009 have been largely rhetorical and have not indicated plans to carry out violent acts. Nevertheless, the consequences of a prolonged economic downturn—including real estate foreclosures, unemployment, and an inability to obtain credit—could create a fertile recruiting environment for rightwing extremists and even result in confrontations between such groups and government authorities similar to those in the past.
— (U//LES) Rightwing extremists have capitalized on the election of the first African American president, and are focusing their efforts to recruit new members, mobilize existing supporters, and broaden their scope and appeal through propaganda, but they have not yet turned to attack planning.
(U//FOUO) The current economic and political climate has some similarities to the 1990s when rightwing extremism experienced a resurgence fueled largely by an economic recession, criticism about the outsourcing of jobs, and the perceived threat to U.S. power and sovereignty by other foreign powers.
— (U//FOUO) During the 1990s, these issues contributed to the growth in the number of domestic rightwing terrorist and extremist groups and an increase in violent acts targeting government facilities, law enforcement officers, banks, and infrastructure sectors.
— (U//FOUO) Growth of these groups subsided in reaction to increased government scrutiny as a result of the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing and disrupted plots, improvements in the economy, and the continued U.S. standing as the preeminent world power.
(U//FOUO) The possible passage of new restrictions on firearms and the return of military veterans facing significant challenges reintegrating into their communities could lead to the potential emergence of terrorist groups or lone wolf extremists capable of carrying out violent attacks.
— (U//FOUO) Proposed imposition of firearms restrictions and weapons bans likely would attract new members into the ranks of rightwing extremist groups, as well as potentially spur some of them to begin planning and training for violence against the government. The high volume of purchases and stockpiling of weapons and ammunition by rightwing extremists in anticipation of restrictions and bans in some parts of the country continue to be a primary concern to law enforcement.
— (U//FOUO) Returning veterans possess combat skills and experience that are attractive to rightwing extremists. DHS/I&A is concerned that rightwing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to boost their violent capabilities.
(U) Current Economic and Political Climate
(U//FOUO) DHS/I&A assesses that a number of economic and political factors are driving a resurgence in rightwing extremist recruitment and radicalization activity. Despite similarities to the climate of the 1990s, the threat posed by lone wolves and small terrorist cells is more pronounced than in past years. In addition, the historical election of an African American president and the prospect of policy changes are proving to be a driving force for rightwing extremist recruitment and radicalization.
— (U) A recent example of the potential violence associated with a rise in rightwing extremism may be found in the shooting deaths of three police officers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on 4 April 2009. The alleged gunman’s reaction reportedly was influenced by his racist ideology and belief in antigovernment conspiracy theories related to gun confiscations, citizen detention camps, and a Jewish-controlled “one world government.”
(U) Exploiting Economic Downturn
(U//FOUO) Rightwing extremist chatter on the Internet continues to focus on the economy, the perceived loss of U.S. jobs in the manufacturing and construction sectors, and home foreclosures. Anti-Semitic extremists attribute these losses to a deliberate conspiracy conducted by a cabal of Jewish “financial elites.” These “accusatory” tactics are employed to draw new recruits into rightwing extremist groups and further radicalize those already subscribing to extremist beliefs. DHS/I&A assesses this trend is likely to accelerate if the economy is perceived to worsen.
(U) Historical Presidential Election
(U//LES) Rightwing extremists are harnessing this historical election as a recruitment tool. Many rightwing extremists are antagonistic toward the new presidential administration and its perceived stance on a range of issues, including immigration and citizenship, the expansion of social programs to minorities, and restrictions on firearms ownership and use. Rightwing extremists are increasingly galvanized by these concerns and leverage them as drivers for recruitment. From the 2008 election timeframe to the present, rightwing extremists have capitalized on related racial and political prejudices in expanded propaganda campaigns, thereby reaching out to a wider audience of potential sympathizers.
— (U//LES) Most statements by rightwing extremists have been rhetorical, expressing concerns about the election of the first African American president, but stopping short of calls for violent action. In two instances in the run-up to the election, extremists appeared to be in the early planning stages of some threatening activity targeting the Democratic nominee, but law enforcement interceded.
(U) Revisiting the 1990s
(U//FOUO) Paralleling the current national climate, rightwing extremists during the 1990s exploited a variety of social issues and political themes to increase group visibility and recruit new members. Prominent among these themes were the militia movement’s opposition to gun control efforts, criticism of free trade agreements (particularly those with Mexico), and highlighting perceived government infringement on civil liberties as well as white supremacists’ longstanding exploitation of social issues such as abortion, inter-racial crimes, and same-sex marriage. During the 1990s, these issues contributed to the growth in the number of domestic rightwing terrorist and extremist groups and an increase in violent acts targeting government facilities, law enforcement officers, banks, and infrastructure sectors.
(U) Economic Hardship and Extremism
(U//FOUO) Historically, domestic rightwing extremists have feared, predicted, and anticipated a cataclysmic economic collapse in the United States. Prominent antigovernment conspiracy theorists have incorporated aspects of an impending economic collapse to intensify fear and paranoia among like-minded individuals and to attract recruits during times of economic uncertainty. Conspiracy theories involving declarations of martial law, impending civil strife or racial conflict, suspension of the U.S. Constitution, and the creation of citizen detention camps often incorporate aspects of a failed economy. Antigovernment conspiracy theories and “end times” prophecies could motivate extremist individuals and groups to stockpile food, ammunition, and weapons. These teachings also have been linked with the radicalization of domestic extremist individuals and groups in the past, such as violent Christian Identity organizations and extremist members of the militia movement.
(U) Illegal Immigration
(U//FOUO) Rightwing extremists were concerned during the 1990s with the perception that illegal immigrants were taking away American jobs through their willingness to work at significantly lower wages. They also opposed free trade agreements, arguing that these arrangements resulted in Americans losing jobs to countries such as Mexico.
(U//FOUO) Over the past five years, various rightwing extremists, including militias and white supremacists, have adopted the immigration issue as a call to action, rallying point, and recruiting tool. Debates over appropriate immigration levels and enforcement policy generally fall within the realm of protected political speech under the First Amendment, but in some cases, anti-immigration or strident pro-enforcement fervor has been directed against specific groups and has the potential to turn violent.
U//FOUO) DHS/I&A assesses that rightwing extremist groups’ frustration over a perceived lack of government action on illegal immigration has the potential to incite individuals or small groups toward violence. If such violence were to occur, it likely would be isolated, small-scale, and directed at specific immigration-related targets.
— (U//FOUO) DHS/I&A notes that prominent civil rights organizations have observed an increase in anti-Hispanic crimes over the past five years.
— (U) In April 2007, six militia members were arrested for various weapons and explosives violations. Open source reporting alleged that those arrested had discussed and conducted surveillance for a machinegun attack on Hispanics.
— (U) A militia member in Wyoming was arrested in February 2007 after communicating his plans to travel to the Mexican border to kill immigrants crossing into the United States.
(U) Legislative and Judicial Drivers
(U//FOUO) Many rightwing extremist groups perceive recent gun control legislation as a threat to their right to bear arms and in response have increased weapons and ammunition stockpiling, as well as renewed participation in paramilitary training exercises. Such activity, combined with a heightened level of extremist paranoia, has the potential to facilitate criminal activity and violence.
— (U//FOUO) During the 1990s, rightwing extremist hostility toward government was fueled by the implementation of restrictive gun laws—such as the Brady Law that established a 5-day waiting period prior to purchasing a handgun and the 1994 Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act that limited the sale of various types of assault rifles—and federal law enforcement’s handling of the confrontations at Waco, Texas and Ruby Ridge, Idaho.
— (U//FOUO) On the current front, legislation has been proposed this year requiring mandatory registration of all firearms in the United States. Similar legislation was introduced in 2008 in several states proposing mandatory tagging and registration of ammunition. It is unclear if either bill will be passed into law; nonetheless, a correlation may exist between the potential passage of gun control legislation and increased hoarding of ammunition, weapons stockpiling, and paramilitary training activities among rightwing extremists.
(U//FOUO) Open source reporting of wartime ammunition shortages has likely spurred rightwing extremists—as well as law-abiding Americans—to make bulk purchases of ammunition. These shortages have increased the cost of ammunition, further exacerbating rightwing extremist paranoia and leading to further stockpiling activity. Both rightwing extremists and law-abiding citizens share a belief that rising crime rates attributed to a slumping economy make the purchase of legitimate firearms a wise move at this time.
(U//FOUO) Weapons rights and gun-control legislation are likely to be hotly contested subjects of political debate in light of the 2008 Supreme Court’s decision in District of Columbia v. Heller in which the Court reaffirmed an individual’s right to keep and bear arms under the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, but left open to debate the precise contours of that right. Because debates over constitutional rights are intense, and parties on all sides have deeply held, sincere, but vastly divergent beliefs, violent extremists may attempt to co-opt the debate and use the controversy as a radicalization tool.
(U) Perceived Threat from Rise of Other Countries
(U//FOUO) Rightwing extremist paranoia of foreign regimes could escalate or be magnified in the event of an economic crisis or military confrontation, harkening back to the “New World Order” conspiracy theories of the 1990s. The dissolution of Communist countries in Eastern Europe and the end of the Soviet Union in the 1990s led some rightwing extremists to believe that a “New World Order” would bring about a world government that would usurp the sovereignty of the United States and its Constitution, thus infringing upon their liberty. The dynamics in 2009 are somewhat similar, as other countries, including China, India, and Russia, as well as some smaller, oil-producing states, are experiencing a rise in economic power and influence.
— (U//FOUO) Fear of Communist regimes and related conspiracy theories characterizing the U.S. Government’s role as either complicit in a foreign invasion or acquiescing as part of a “One World Government” plan inspired extremist members of the militia movement to target government and military facilities in past years.
— (U//FOUO) Law enforcement in 1996 arrested three rightwing militia members in Battle Creek, Michigan with pipe bombs, automatic weapons, and military ordnance that they planned to use in attacks on nearby military and federal facilities and infrastructure targets.
— (U//FOUO) Rightwing extremist views bemoan the decline of U.S. stature and have recently focused on themes such as the loss of U.S. manufacturing capability to China and India, Russia’s control of energy resources and use of these to pressure other countries, and China’s investment in U.S. real estate and corporations as a part of subversion strategy.
(U) Disgruntled Military Veterans
(U//FOUO) DHS/I&A assesses that rightwing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to exploit their skills and knowledge derived from military training and combat. These skills and knowledge have the potential to boost the capabilities of extremists—including lone wolves or small terrorist cells—to carry out violence. The willingness of a small percentage of military personnel to join extremist groups during the 1990s because they were disgruntled, disillusioned, or suffering from the psychological effects of war is being replicated today.
— (U) After Operation Desert Shield/Storm in 1990-1991, some returning military veterans—including Timothy McVeigh—joined or associated with rightwing extremist groups.
— (U) A prominent civil rights organization reported in 2006 that “large numbers of potentially violent neo-Nazis, skinheads, and other white supremacists are now learning the art of warfare in the [U.S.] armed forces.”
— (U//LES) The FBI noted in a 2008 report on the white supremacist movement that some returning military veterans from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have joined extremist groups.
(U) Outlook
(U//FOUO) DHS/I&A assesses that the combination of environmental factors that echo the 1990s, including heightened interest in legislation for tighter firearms restrictions and returning military veterans, as well as several new trends, including an uncertain economy and a perceived rising influence of other countries, may be invigorating rightwing extremist activity, specifically the white supremacist and militia movements. To the extent that these factors persist, rightwing extremism is likely to grow in strength.
(U//FOUO) Unlike the earlier period, the advent of the Internet and other informationage technologies since the 1990s has given domestic extremists greater access to information related to bomb-making, weapons training, and tactics, as well as targeting of individuals, organizations, and facilities, potentially making extremist individuals and groups more dangerous and the consequences of their violence more severe. New technologies also permit domestic extremists to send and receive encrypted communications and to network with other extremists throughout the country and abroad, making it much more difficult for law enforcement to deter, prevent, or preempt a violent extremist attack.
(U//FOUO) A number of law enforcement actions and external factors were effective in limiting the militia movement during the 1990s and could be utilized in today’s climate.
— (U//FOUO) Following the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah federal building in Oklahoma City, the militia movement declined in total membership and in the number of organized groups because many members distanced themselves from the movement as a result of the intense scrutiny militias received after the bombing.
— (U//FOUO) Militia membership continued to decline after the turn of the millennium as a result of law enforcement disruptions of multiple terrorist plots linked to violent rightwing extremists, new legislation banning paramilitary training, and militia frustration that the “revolution” never materialized.
— (U//FOUO) Although the U.S. economy experienced a significant recovery and many perceived a concomitant rise in U.S. standing in the world, white supremacist groups continued to experience slight growth.
(U//FOUO) DHS/I&A will be working with its state and local partners over the next several months to ascertain with greater regional specificity the rise in rightwing extremist activity in the United States, with a particular emphasis on the political, economic, and social factors that drive rightwing extremist radicalization.

Absolutely Unconscionable

There is no excuse for the tragedy that took place in Arizona yesterday. My heart and deepest sympathies go to all of the families of those killed and injured in the shooting spree by a very disturbed 22-year-old man. All we can do is be thankful that it wasn’t worse, and hope that this heinous atrocity will open the eyes of those that spew the kind of vitriol that stirs up the seriously unstable among us. Unfortunately, I doubt that it will.

Since Obama was elected, rage on the right has gone viral with uncountable numbers of people who call themselves “Patriots”, but are in fact nothing more than hate mongers that call for sedition, 2nd amendment remedies, and flat out armed rebellion against our duly elected government. Hardly the kind of thing that could be considered something a true patriot would do. I have said many times before that sooner or later all this hate and hype was going to stir the crazy pot until someone snaps and does something really stupid. And that is exactly what has happened.

Arizona’s Sheriff Clarence Dupnic said yesterday:

"When you look at unbalanced people, how they respond to the vitriol that comes out of certain mouths about tearing down the government. The anger, the hatred, the bigotry that goes on in this country is getting to be outrageous," said the sheriff. "And unfortunately, Arizona I think has become sort of the capital. We have become the mecca for prejudice and bigotry."

Shockingly, it seems that all these vitriol spewing (so-called) “Patriots” are aghast that the finger of blame is being pointed at them. Well, WTF? This horrific event is exactly what they have been just squirming over their keyboards for. How long have they been calling for all “True Patriots” to step up and “exercise those 2nd amendment rights,” to “lock and load buddy and dare them damn Obots to get in the way”. The vitriol all of these groups spew is absolutely fuel for the crazy fires of mentally unstable individuals like Loughner. And you can all bet your ass that Loughner is not the only one out there. People like this are a nightmare walking.

Loughner was not directly affiliated with a specific tea party group, but he listed Sara Palin and the tea party as two of “his inspirations” on one of his social network sites before it was taken down. He was also extremely anti government, made a pretty creepy video burning a US flag, and apparently was affiliated with the white supremacist hate group “American Renaissance”. Yet these right wing hate spewing so-called Christian Patriots are calling him a lefty?

Over at “AGJ” , …Bob posted an editorial about this tragedy and said:

“The bigger picture here is the fact that America has become a breeding ground for fanatics, haters and yes, terrorists. This was an act of terror today, make no bones about it.”

Gee …Bob, do you really think so? Sort of like the hate filled seditious fanatics you tend to encourage on your website.

“It’s a sad day for honest, God fearing citizens as all the loonies on the Left are going to blame God, the Tea Parties and even me for this killer’s actions simply because the guy was white, from Arizona and the target was a Democrat.”

It’s a sad day all right, and yes …Bob, people just like you who fuel this kind of hate, advocating violence, treason and armed rebellion against this country may not be responsible for this specific act, but you’re all damn sure responsible for fueling the fires of hate in unstable minds.

Just as an example, here’s a comment from that very post.

“Steve in Texas says: January 8, 2011 at 10:38 pm
Bob not to worry I have yet hear anyone invoke your name as the person to blame. Yes this was a tragedy for the innocents, no one can disagree with that, and yes Loughner from what we are hearing from the “trusted” media he is a troubled young man. He isn’t one of us, but if he were I wouldn’t be denying him because I do fell strongly the 111th Congress and Obama has repressed the citizens who care about liberty. The rest are too stupid to know any better, but the rest of us are damn well ready to throw down on Obama and his supporters.
We want a fair hearing, and we want this insidious take over to stop or else this will only be the beginning, even if by a serendipitous wacko. If Boehner is shocked and horrified, I for one am equally affronted by their collective treason.

Am I making myself clear?”

So Steve is ready to “throw down on Obama and his supporters”? Yes, I would say Steve is making himself very clear, and so is …Bob by even posting such a threat to the very life of the POTUS.

Over at Orly Taitz’s website it’s no better. Federal Judge John Roll was murdered in cold blood yesterday and what does Orly do? Why she bashes the courts and judges of course.

“When people stop believing in the court system, when they realize that there is massive corruption in courts, they become violent. If all the corruption is not cleaned in courts, more people will take up arms, as they will believe that this is the only way to defend themselves from criminals”

Yes, and just where do these disturbed individuals get ideas like that Orly? How much hate and vitriol have you spewed on your website? How many times have you called for sedition and armed rebellion against this country? You’ve even called for the military to openly revolt against the government. Of course, to give all dogs their due, as my mother use to say, its probably not been nearly as many times as you have posted how many hits you get when you Google yourself. (What is that, like an egotistical OCD or something?)

Lets not forget to mention the most sickening group of pond scum that plagues this country, the Westboro Baptist Church funeral picketers. There is probably lots of competition for the most hateful hate group, but these assholes are the sickest bunch of bastards I’ve ever seen that had the balls to call themselves a church. There is just no excuse, none what so ever.

Well, one thing is for sure and that is that Loughner will never see the light of freedom again. But I’m sure that’s of little consolation to those whose lives he took, or to their families. The feds have charged him with two counts of murder, and two counts of attempted murder, state charges are still to come.

Again, my heart and deepest sympathies go out to all the victims and their families. And I sincerely hope for Congresswoman Giffords to have the best recovery possible.
