My My What A Busy Little Bat

It seems Orly Taitz has filed a “motion to intervene” yesterday. Or in other words, a motion to horn in on the lawsuit being filed by several state attorney generals complaining that the healthcare reform act that Obama signed into law is unconstitutional.

Taitz Motion to Intervene in AsG Suit

On 3/22/10 she’d already filed a “first amended complaint common law fraud” on her civil action against Obama where she babbled on about how she would be harmed by the health care bill.

But in regard to that case you just have to love this. “Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss First Amended Complaint” from 3/31/10

TAITZ v OBAMA (QW) - 18 - MOTION to Dismiss First Amended Complaint - gov.uscourts.dcd.140567.18.0

I’d say that will pretty much give poor Judge Lamberth a pretty good idea what he is dealing with. Not to mention showing all the attorney generals who are filing the lawsuit against healthcare reform just what kind of company they are keeping. I hope it makes them feel as stupid as they look!

  1. They need to revoke her license to practice. I'm thinking that more taxpayer dollars are needed to process all her useless lawsuits than the Pentagon spends on new weapons systems.

Maybe we should tell her that as a naturalized citizen, she doesn't have standing to complain about the President. She's just insane enough to believe that...

    Welcome back.

This just in.....Orly's crazy cave called - they want their bat shit at 11:00....

It does my heart a world of good to see this - the AG's stand not a chance in a million of getting any serious consideration for their politically motivated shenanigans, and lo and behold! Dr. Orly steps up and dumps a steaming turd in their legal punch bowl.

I hope the Florida judge having jurisdiction ties this steaming sack together with Cuccinelli's crap and finds a way to add Lakin to the pile then turn it over to Clay Land or Royce Lamberth: Can someone deadpan Radar O'Rileys voice from the end of the original M*A*S*H movie to do the play by play??

Seriously, this crazy bitch could make the Dalai Lama slap Richard Gere out of sheer frustration.

  3. LOL! Make the Dalai Lama slap Richard Gere. That’s funny.

  4. Judge Roger Vinzon denied Orly's motion to intervene. LOL! Orly seems unable to win anything!

  5. I've read her complaints.
    What a load of gobbledeshit.
Typos, assumptions, misinterpretation of laws and statutes... everything's in there.
Can't some nice officers slap her with a 5150 and lock her up for 72 hrs of observation?

  6. Well she certainly falls into the category of a 10-96 subject.

I love it, her motion to horn in was denied, which adds yet another loss to her perfect record of 100% loss. She has never won a single case since she got her correspondence school diploma.

I do wish that this one had been granted though, I think the AG’s deserve it!

  7. Watching this dumb cow practice law is like watching me play Halo on "Legendary." Both enterinaing and patehtic at the same time.

  8. I think perhaps the big hurry she's in isn't so much that the scary black man remains in the whitehouse, but rather that once her youngest kid leaves home, Josef will finally divorce her.
I don't think being "hotter and wetter" will equal the money he's shelling out to save her from herself.

  9. Global Village IdiotApril 10, 2010 at 7:01 AM

Agreed, anonymous - to a point. She is a pure attention whore, nothing more. Josef may well drop her, but she will find some well-to-do douche nozzle and trot out the good pussy for the first few weeks, land the poor bastard and carry on as she has been.

And that is what drives her, she is a has been who cannot accept that her fifteen minutes are over. Major Epic Fail.

By the by - who is ghost writing for her now? Levy??
